I tried returning brand new parts in the box they wouldnt take the package back then they shipped it back now im out 40 dollars and have to sell the parts online don't buy throw them they sell cheap china parts and have really bad customer services the lady on the phone wouldn't let me talk and keep just talking over me thanks venom motorsports for screwing me over and not helping me in anyway

I am having mechanical issues with my 3-year-old bike. I reached out to their customer service to ask for support and came out to know that I am no longer within the warranty. Despite that, they still managed to help me resolve my issue and gave me a good discount to get the part that I needed for my needed Venom bike. They managed to resolve my issue with efficiency. They're great people from the customer service team with great bosses. Truly recommended. I am really happy with my purchase. I will order another one for my son.

I received my bike and had a hard time starting it. I received it with some minor damages. I called their hotline and with the help of customer service and their technical support, they got me up and running!!

Bike was sent with dings and scratches which was to be expected I wasn't to upset about that however I was very upset to discover that BOTH rims are warped!
Vehicle is very unsafe to ride.

Support giving me the run around to run down the 30 day warranty so they don't have to fix this!

I bought a go kart at this place, Tommy is the person that advice me on what to purchase because I wasn't sure on what to buy. To make the storie short, the go kart was too small. I called them back and asked to speak to a manager and they told me that they had to make a ticket in order to talk to a manager and the person I spoke was Mae. Next day the same lady called me to tell me that they had approved for me to return it that she was going to send me an email with the introductions on how to return it. We'll I waited all day I she didn't sent me the email, so I called back and the same lady answered the call and she lied and said that she hadn't spoke to me, that a manager would call me back next day. These people have lied to me, and I don't understand why. I will call them back today and see what they have to say. So far, I am very disappointed!!! Well finally a manager called me and told me that I had to pay for shipping and everything if I wanted to return the atv, so since this store is like one hour and a half from me, I decided to take it myself. I took it on July 1st. and Kenny the manager was there when I took it and promised me he was going to refund my money, up to now he hasn't, so a girl nanw Shana just called me today and told me that I had to remove this review first on order for them to refund my money. So I told her that I wasn't going to until they give me my money back.. I can't believe this.

I had thought I found a Canadian/American ATV manufacturer that built smaller ATVs for beginners but Venom Motorsports is just another company buying junk from China and rebranding it as their own. I bought the 125 gas quad for my son and it doesn’t have enough power to climb my ATV trailer ramp. Chain driven, one gear, doesn’t idle properly and absolutely useless on anything other then level ground. Don’t buy anything, you’ll regret it.

I bought a 1600 W electric dirt bike for my son’s birthday and it never ran from day one 2/10/24. I have gone through several rounds and hours of diagnostics directed by Venom customer service. They sent me a new throttle to see if that would fix it and it did not (they also sent the plastic cover under warranty). When the new throttle didn’t fix the issue, they asked me to remove the battery and take photos of it. The battery had a red indicator sticker that indicated the battery had been exposed to water. There is no way it was exposed to water since I’ve had it since it was delivered right into my garage, it has only been stored in my garage, and was never ridden. No leaks, floods, weather events in my garage, and it’s never been drivable so no way it was exposed to weather.
The folks I’ve spoke to there are very nice and polite but instead of honoring their obligation to provide a functional product, they offered an insulting 20% discount and then went up to an insulting 33% discount to replace the $350 battery – meanwhile taking 2 more weeks of back and forth to get to that insulting offer. This company sold me a $1,000 dirt bike, it has never run from day one, and now I have to pay a couple hundred dollars more, plus it’s been over a month since my son’s birthday and sitting dead in my garage. They also communicated that all sales are final so I don’t even have an option to ship back for refund. I paid for the replacement battery, we will see what happens.
Do not take the risk buying from Venom. They do not support their products and there are many other options out there at the same price which are surely more reputable. If you do take a chance on them, check the battery as soon as you receive, though they will probably still accuse you of damaging it.

within a month the carburetor stopped working! Also they don't tell you that you're getting a cheap china made product. the name of the bike is completely different than what they show on their website

My story is the same as many on here. Bought a electric atv for my kids grading day, back in June. It worked for an hour and would not charge afterwards. With much back n forth they determined it was a battery. Problem was, they had no batteries in stock and the new ones are on backorder. That story remained for a few months, until Kenny promised in October that i d have a battery within a week. That was 6 weeks ago, now they refuse to send promised battery. After some back and forth they offered 25% off replacing thier faulty battery. After some facebook comments to get thier attention...... they blocked me rather than deal with issue. They did offer yesterday..... a free battery...... if i removed google review. Is that blackmail?

I ve been half a year of a sad 6 year old and a sad 7 year old asking daily when it ll be fixed. Not to mention months of my wife nagging about it.

Lies, deflection, misinformation, and runaround is what they do best.

Stole my money and then noticed they raised prices and then ran a sale for Black Friday. Prices raised to make it look like they were doing a sale. Venom Motorsports is a horrible company and recommend staying clear from them

I ordered a mini Jeep that was delivered very damaged. Reached out to them and they ghosted me for over a month before engaging via a 3rd party platform and did not resolve my issues. I’m having to chase them through my bank.
The owners and operators of this business operate behind a covering because of the dubious nature of their activities. They go by first names and last initials to shield their identities. It wouldn’t take much to uncloak them. Save your money and avoid the pain. You’d be happy you did. I wish I saw the reviews and advice but I didn’t do my due diligence and regret it.

errible company to do business with. Bike came damaged in multiple places and their shipper just dropped it off in our driveway without us being home. It’s been a month and Venom Motor sports has not even shipped our replacement parts. We will have to pay an extra 300.00 to install the parts and Vemom says it’s not their responsibility. They lie and say they will call you back and never do. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I will be filling a claim with Better Business Bureau,. Davy and Shana you should be ashamed of yourself for doing such poor business.

I bought new venom 125cc with full service assembly cost more money and the bike fallen in parts... Nothing is screw tight. Lost screw on motor bracket ,steering shaft not tight, nothing is assembly correctly and the new carburator is already damaged. Dangerous for my kids. I not recommend this place.

We purchased a gas-powered scooter close to a year ago. The bike has not worked consistently since that time. We have been working patiently with their service people on a weekly basis and have tried every suggestion made over the last number of months. We also at our own cost took it to get checked out and they have not been able to identify the cause of the issue of stalling while driving and more often, not starting at all. We have replaced the fuse, fuel pump, carburator (some multiple times) and spent hours trying to source the issue. We have since bought a new Honda. Venom will not return any money to us and we have a brand new moped that was $2k plus tax. They suggested we sell it, but we can not sell because it does not work. I do not recommend that you buy from this business.

I bought a Roma gas motor scooter earlier this year with the, they get it ready for the road package ($160).
Runs great, all fluids correct, breaks adjusted right,
electronics good. After a couple of weeks I noticed some liquid pooling and found the carberator overflowing. Called Venom, they said the carb float is
stuck and can't be fixed because it's sealed, they sent me another carb free under warranty. It took me
40 minutes to take the old carb out and replace it.
If you have a little mechanical ability you can fix any
problem on this machine with one of their videos and the right part. These guys have alot of videos and all
the parts. You can save a fortune in servicing and learn how change your own oil. Great service !

My husband bought a Venom E motorcycle. It arrived without any directions or manuals. He charged it & ride it three times, a very short distance each time. We had a very rainy season & when he went to charge again, it wouldn’t charge. We reached out to support. Support does not care at all. The support agent told my husband to take the battery out. He wasn’t sure where the battery was, so he asked if it was under the seat, which would be a problem because his seat will not release. The agent said “you know this is an electric bike, right?”
Of course he does, but since it came without a manual, how is he supposed to know location of battery.
Anyway, in the end Autozone said all 6 batteries were bad. Venom said we can buy new batteries from them for $774.
A bike that was rode maybe 20 miles TOTAL needs new battery & you won’t cover a replacement? Bad business!
Update: Oh Venom said they’d split the cost of the batteries with us, but the cost of the batteries went from $129 a piece to $199 a piece. I asked why the battery price has now changed twice, no response.

Hello real testimony” I bought a bike from the shop, little over two months ago 2023’ saying that they’re supposed to be the best since 2010. That’s a joke because I laughed when I read this!!! I’ve had nothing but problems with this shop and with my bike” that I purchased was supposed to be fully equipped and assembled’ brakes fell off within two weeks of purchase! after screws come loose engine block damaged call to help for assistance ( guess what no help) No good people on there team or at least don’t care about anyones safety even if they have kids!!! and Tommy and Jerick higher-ups contacted both of them give me a run around I do not recommend this place or the shop for a bike” if you’re looking for a bike go somewhere better, highly disappointed in the disaster sold to me. My biking experience was awful with this shop. I tried to refund my bike within the 30 day standard. And they convince me that I will like what they want me to offer. I don’t like what they’re offering me which was the wrong parts and fear from my life!.!.! zero stars not recommended.

Jeric should be fired for his performance. Below average customer service. I had originally called in for tech support. I bought an Ice Bear Maddogg from this company. The scooter won’t start at all. Took it to a repair shot which is crazy since it is new. They won’t cover the the labor and parts. Which is insane!!!! I tried to register the scooter today at the DMV. ( I had to go there twice spent 3 hours total) They have sent me the wrong MSO. I had called in again and talked to Jeric. He mentioned that it would take another 3-4 for them to mail me the correct MSO. I asked him to at least overnight it for all the troubles I’ve had. He said that is the best he can do. So disappointed with this purchase!
