Do not buy!

We purchased a 110cc Venom quad (white) less than a year ago. A new carb, a new battery and only two rides. We went to take it for a ride today, not a gig. I contacted the company last year, shortly after purchasing and they refused to give me a new battery. The reviews on their website are false. Their products are poorly made and their customer service is horrible.

I was told that all the bad reviews…

I was told that all the bad reviews where not true they have lots of good reviews and David the sales agent said it has a 6 month warranty but and made it sound like they will take care of you don’t buy this bike I had my bike 3 weeks put less than 20 miles on it and it leaks oil bad scared to drive it I call the company they do nothing I ask for them to fix it or give me my money back or a new bike they send a part and tell me to fix it they send a handful of places that might help me but they don’t even know because they have not talked to them.I ask for 300 dollars and I will find somebody to fix it because of my time and trouble plus have to pay someone to fix it they said no to ready my warranty.I found a guy to look at it and he said to get rid of it sell it if you can because it junk this company is just in business to sell parts for there crappy bikes I think are government should ban them from selling this product I won’t sell the bike because I want to feel good about myself so I will just give it to someone I have been in law enforcement and nursing for many years and I am telling you if you buy this bike you just bought a head ache you can reach out to me if you need to ask me a question. oh if you happen to live by the company or live in California by the shops you might get them to work on it be smart buy from companies that have dealers in your city and they back there motor bikes up with good customer service

Not even 100 miles and it’s fallen apart 5 times

Stock carburetor has broken down twice. Idle rpm’s are horrendous. It can barely stay awake at 2k rpm’s. My chain has popped off twice so I have to mess with my bike even more. If you are looking for a bike that’ll break down every 10-15 miles this is the choice for you! Keep in mind it is currently 2023 and it’s the 2023 model… before I could even hit 100 miles I’ve had to work on the bike for numerous issues probably about 7-8 times. I’m already forced to buy a new carb.

Purchased a new bike

Purchased a new bike. Came in damaged. Send 6 sets of photos and 3 videos. Placed on hold for 1 hr. Seat tab missing. Company is sending a seat tab to be welded. Broken parts, scuffed parts. Claim they don't get emails. Won't warranty parts or bike. Don't buy from this company. China bikes. That sell for $800 on alibaba.

I purchased 2 of there electric venom e mopeds and regret doing so

I purchased 2 of there electric venom e mopeds and the one had 2 broken parts that venom motor sports never sent me the parts for and they advertised these mopeds as being able to do 40+ mph and they DO NOT even come close to 40+ mph, I tried both of them out on a flat road on a day when it was not windy at all and I was not able to get them to do even 30 mph so besides not standing behind the warranty they told me that there was nothing they would do about them not being able to do the speed they advertise on the venom motor sports site because the 40+ mph is just an estimated speed. I purchased these in 2021 and to this day venom motor sports has never once attempted to make things right.

Terrible quality and customer service

Edit: 10 mins after posting this review customer service called me and didn't say a word as I kept saying hello. After 30 seconds he goes "hello?" And then hung up on me. Tried calling back and gave up after 20 mins on hold. They emailed me saying they tried to call. I refuse to do anything over phone, everything will be over email for documentation.

Purchased this X20 as a cheap starter/learner bike. BIG MISTAKE! The company worked with me online to make a good deal and were friendly, but that's where the positive comments end. On receiving it, there was no oil. I paid the $300 for the PDI and it's supposed to come "ready to ride." Had to go out and get oil and gas. I'll start with I haven't crashed, laid it down, or anything. The BIGGEST ISSUE is that the motorcycle keeps dying! I took it on my first ride, we went about 30 miles around town and went to get lunch. When I came back out it was completely dead. I tested the battery and it wouldn't charge. Auto Zone confirmed the battery was bad and won't charge. Well, I bought a $70 battery, and within 10 seconds of riding it died again. Charged the battery to full, and it starts, sputters, then dies. So something is draining the battery instantly rendering it useless. Second, the chain is clunking/scraping and making a loud noise when riding, especially when using the throttle. Third, the foot shift level so really difficult to manipulate and you almost have to kick up, not just use your foot to get it to shift. Fourth, when you do get it to shift, it feels like it's catching/slipping in first and into second. I've emailed them multiple times and they just keep saying they will forward it to the service team but I have yet to hear anything. This was supposed to be a cheap easy starter bike to learn on and enjoy short trips. I've spent more time trying to diagnose and fix it then I have riding it in the week I've had it. I want a refund ASAP.

Completely miserable customer service

Completely miserable customer service, bike arrived defective and I get placed on hold for 20-30 minutes, supervisors hang up on you when they finally do pick up. Shannon and Jeric are both terrible at communication. Document everything through emails when you can.

Venom motorsports SUCKS!!!

Venom motorsports SUCKS!!!! they told me when I was ordering my bike that from the front tire to the back tire EVERYTHING IS COVERED BY WARRANTY!!!!! but yet with only 1,200 miles I have had 4 things go wrong with my bike & they always say to me "that's a wearable part & not covered", sorry but a CVT belt is supposed to last a couple of years (mine snapped after 2 months (wearable & not covered) my battery won't hold a charge (wearable not covered) & the list goes on, TOMMY after he told me what I 'wanted to hear" asked me would I write a"GOOD REVIEW " & make sure to mention his name a lot & in return he would get me what I needed, I did write the "lying review" & he now has 3 different reasons why he can't get me a F@&$ing gasket, so I took down the good but lying review I had written, VENOM MOTORSPORTS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET A BIKE

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR FAKE REVIEWS

DO not trust this company, I have proof in writing I was to get a full refund from Tommie in Canada, I returned the bike to the address that was given to me and now they are non responsive to any of my emails or communication. I have given this horrible company chance after chance to do the right thing, however, they are thieves and liars. Until I receive what I was promised I will continue to fight this company over their deceptive marketing practices. I have documents and recordings. These bikes are cheap made in china bikes and their descriptions are false
Update; 5/24/23 so these people told me I was going to get a full refund after numerous emails and calls regarding said refund I received a “partial refund” and they charged a 40% restocking fee! Without any notification and no info pursuant to that “restocking fee” Which is again illegal. I have retained an attorney and filed complaints with the attorney general of California and the Canadian competition bureau. I hope this information is helpful for people! Stay away from this sham of a company

Do not buy a bike from them

Currently extremely upset and disappointed to say the least. Please do not buy a bike from this company save more money and buy a safe bike. They false advertise and try and make you feel like you do not know what you are talking about when you tell them they are a sham. I sill be pursuing this. As these bikes they state are street legal/ safe are not. Also the speeds are extremely inaccurate

This is a real honest review and don’t…

This is a real honest review and don’t let the owner or employees tell you any different..I purchased one of their bikes and received it august 30th and I contacted them September 1-2 ..I told tommy my bike didn’t work and can they exchange it and he told me before they do any returns they have technicians that can help get my bike on the road..so they said to send an email detailing what’s wrong with my bike and that’s exactly what I did..a technician by the name of Noel was helping me out but I kept going back to square 1..when I first purchased the bike they had a 14 day return policy and months later they changed their return policy which I will show you in the pictures below..these guy ran the 14 day course so I wouldn’t be able to get my return..they even kept telling me to do the same things over and over and I felt that was a tactic to run my 14 days ..a month later I asked for another return and Noel bypassed it ..I spoke to a female employee today and she lied and said the return policy is for recalls when it doesn’t state that at alllll and then she said the policy was only for 14 days and then I told her I called the next day and emailed like they told me..they are scam artist and most likely sold me a refurbished bike..first pic is the return policy and 2nd pic is when they changed it around Christmas time ..the rest is the run around..it is now February and still my bike won’t idle ..these ppl are scammers ..save your money..you can purchase on Amazon for $2,800

Venom X20 125cc experience, North Carolina

I bought the X20 125cc back in Oct, 2022. I do like the bike. Fun to ride but a few things are frustrating. The bike does not go up to 68 mph like it states on Venom websites and YouTube. The X20 tops out at about 50 MPH, maybe 52 if going down hill. The other frustrating part is the battery. If you do not start the bike daily. The battery starts to die. But overall you pay for what you get. The bike is fun to ride and it does look cool. So far no mechanical issues to address but you read reviews of others having a lot issues so hopefully bike keeps rolling. Like I said if you want a cheap bike the X20 is the bike. Just be ware when the bike says it is going 50 you are really only going about 43 mph. Not very accurate on its speed.

I bought the x22gt and I've had it for over 3 weeks and have yet to ride it because it won't start just turn over..I have to take it to a shop cuz tech support is a damn joke..Then I finally got my 200cc captain go kart and put it together only to find out I can't ride it as well because it is missing both castle nuts for the control arms and a few parts to mount the mirrors on both sides.. Update still not able to ride my bike but was given a new part so tomorrow I will see if it fixes the problem

Worst super pocket bike purchase ever

So i give 0 stars if i could and we havent even used it yet. This overpriced POS looks great in pics but up close is full of chips and scratches and missing bolts. I paid the extra to have it fully assembled and pdi tested. What a load of horse manuer. They must have had one eye closed when they did it. Bolts loose, bolts missing, looks like it got polished with sandpaper. For 1500$ you would expect more. The charger that came with it was broken. I sent photos of it looking like it had been used already. Then i sent a video of it not working and they STILL wouldnt “approve” a replacement. I checked it with a voltage meter and told them it was no good. They asked me to send ANOTHER video of me actually testing it with the meter and showing it wasnt outputting voltage to charge the bike. Still no approval. This thing is a giant waste of money. The customer service is TERRIBLE. They wont just send me a charger and ill send them the other one back, its ridiculous. The fact that this little bike cost that much and the quality is SOOO BAD i wouldnt spend my money on these pieces of garbage.
I was also told that venom doesnt make/handle these….they come straight from CHINA and they just middleman the sale….that comes from one of their own employees when i called to ask for an owners manual because it didnt come with the right one. They sent me one for a 4 wheeler.
