I totally understand all the bad…

I totally understand all the bad reviews on here I was treated the same day it was all good in the beginning then my bike didn't run and I was sent parts to put on and change for no reason and I had asked them to call my mechanic because he was going to tell them what was wrong then he said he dialed my number instead but I never got a missed phone call so I was just lied to constantly and then when I said I was going to get a lawyer they ceased communication with me and now I want to return a part that I bought and I'm not being told where to send it it's total crap and the telling me that Vince's out of the office or undetermined amount of time I want to speak to him and they're not putting him on the phone with me I'm tired of the b.s., I tried to be nice and I'm not going to be taking advantage of I had to pay $400 to get the bike running and they still want to charge me a restocking fee to return my new carburetor it's ridiculous I'm going to report them too if they do not resolve this issue immediately something needs to be done about all these issues it's not fair that people are spending their hard-earned money and not getting respected and treated with good customer service. I'm sure they would feel the same way if they got shipped out of their hard-earned money. You know exactly who I'm talking about I won't say any names.

Bad service and bad bikes

Soooooo. I watched reviews about these bikes. I bought the venom x22gt 2023 automatic bike. $3400 down and out. So. Day one. The bike was wrongly delivered to my neighbors house and ditched. I was sent a picture from a random number with a box in a driveway. When I got to the correct house I noticed the bike came damaged. I immediately called venom corporate and asked them to send me a new one before I even opened the box. They told me to open it and inspect the damage and send videos and pictures. So I did that. They offered to send me parts to replace them myself and a $50 coupon to they’re website. I wanted the bike I paid for. A working non damaged bike. So I told them if they didn’t give me some sort of labor cash back for the work I’m doing I’d appeal it on my credit card. (Still currently waiting results. ). They very cocky said I’d never win the dispute because they’re website specifically says they don’t cover shipping damage. But that’s not why I’m disputing. I’m disputing because it Was never delivered to me and I never had the option to sign for it. Which their website says “delivered to your door step, it wasn’t. I’d was supposed to get calls days before to get a 4 hour window. I didn’t. Then sign for it. I didn’t. I never would have signed for a damaged item. That’s not all tho. So the bike. I try to start it. It bangs and pops and won’t run. Beyond that. The Exhaust was not bolted and melted it’s o rings. The started went and won’t even turn over. The bike is trash. Your better off using that $3000+ as a down payment on a better brand or used bike. Now someone either forged my signature for the delivery or their own terms and conditions were void before I even got the bike. Never got updates on delivery. Never got phone calls for the day of. It was delivered to the wrong address and never signed for. Oh the picture the delivery company sent me was intentionally far away and very out of focus. I believe this was to hide the damage. Their customer service is a joke. $50 coupon for all the hassle of even being on the phone and then the labor of the parts. I really hope I win my dispute. Oh the bikes odometer is wayyyyyy off. At 54 mph. I’m going 40. It has a 70mph max. And I mean max. Even tho they advertise a 90mph max. At 70 my speedometer said 88. Way off. Truly aweful experience all around. I want my time, money and life back. Hours on the phone. Broken bike I can’t ride. I live in Massachusetts and the riding season is over now and I’m out a bike and money.

Mark is an ANGEL!

Hi everyone! I am currently purchasing my second motorcycle from Venom Motorsports. I was nervous at first buying my first bike, and a gentleman named Mark has made the process so comfortable and easy! Ive spoke to a few people on Venom's Team before and no one has been as sweet and kind like Mark was. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of Venom's vehicles are AMAZING and such a good time!! If it wasn't for Mark I don't think I would even consider purchasing another motorcycle because he made it so simple and reassuring! I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you! :)

IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILDREN AVOID THIS…

IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILDREN AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
Purchased a mini-madix, arrived damaged with the rear axle bent. I called to have the issue resolved, they said they would send me an axle ASAP! This was on Friday, its now Thursday of the next week and it JUST left the warehouse. This bike is for my sons 10th birthday and I still don't have the axle. This was a complete fail, like I said if you love your children you will not purchase anything from this company.

WARNING!!! Motorcycles are very dangerous!

I purchase a 250cc automatic motorcycle. On arrival, they had one person that delivered the motorcycle that was having problems unloading. The motorcycle had a small antifreeze leaking problem when I first bought it, but I didn't notice it until I started painting the motorcycle. After a while, the leaking problem got worst. Vemon wannabe mechanics had no clue on how to stop the leak and had me repeating myself on something that wasn't working. I fix the problem with water tape for now. The exhaust fails apart between 1800-2000km. Both exhaust gaskets burn up quickly on the exhaust and the battery strap melts too. I'm on my third battery strap. The shocks are defective and don't hold air. I have shown them countless videos and pictures about this problem and they can't correct it. They told me rudely to come out of my own pockets to buy some aftermarket parts on amazon because they can't man up to admit that these motorcycles are cheaply made and not worth the price that they are charging customers for them. Yes, the motorcycle would stall on me from time to time, which is HIGHLY DANGEROUS! Vemon lies about their own warranties. They'll tell you that the parts are not covered under warranties then a few minutes later they tell you it is if you tell them that you are going to report them. They charge you for shipping parts that are under your warranty. These motorcycles are not worth $3099 because of the problem they come with and are not very safe. The BBB and the FTC need to do something about this before someone gets hurt or killed on these Chinese motorcycles. I've been patient with this company and did everything they ask me and none of it works! I can't return the motorcycle due to a custom paint job and decals that cost me money and time. They lie a lot in their emails. Then when I report them to the BBB Venom lies to them saying I threatened their company without proof. Stay away from this company selling fake knockoff motorcycles.

I bought a Venom SuperSport 250cc EFI…

I bought a Venom SuperSport 250cc EFI bike on April 1st. The bike arrived, the delivery company dropped the bike off 4 houses down. I yelled, whistled, waved my arms and he saw me yet he continued to drive. Had to drag the 400lb box by myself. Got the bike unboxed. Next day, put gas in, made sure everything’s good to go, and started the bike up. Bikes running for about 30 seconds and just shuts off. I turn it on again and it stays on. I take it for a spin. I break in the bike for 500 miles. Replace the oil. And the problems began. The bike would began stalling/sputtering as it it were to turn off. It wouldn’t idle under 3k. The dash looked like a Christmas tree. Bike would start up and immediately die. I stayed in contact with venom motor sports throughout the entire ordeal. 3 months later (maybe I’ve driven the bike a total of 3-4 weeks) and the bike is just gathering dust. After changing the spark plug, checking all lines and intake and making sure everything’s properly connected, changing the ecu sent to me by venom, buying an obd reader with my own money, etc the technicians finally now thing my fuel pump is bad. Lol. Uhh it’s been 3 weeks and no one can tell me how long it’ll be before I receive the fuel pump as it’s a “special order” whatever that means. Now for everyone’s info I’m a 19 year old who’s working a full time job, in college full time, living on my own providing for myself. I own a car that takes a lot of my money as I’m working on it and it’s got a few problems if it’s own. I previously owned the venom x22-r and had 0 issues with that bike which is why I came back to venom. I believed based off previous experiences that it would be a good move. All I’ve had is a waste of $3800 (it was very hard to see that money go) and even more loss on registration and insurance because the bike is just parked immobile. I got the bike to save money on insurance (de insure my car), gas, etc. I didn’t expect to be even in more financial trouble. All I’m saying is for your own good and trouble go under loan, spend that 3.8k as down payment at a dealership or a used brand bike. It’s been 3 months and I’ve had issues since the first day of shipment with absolutely no motivation to help. One more thing, they falsely advertise. Their bikes too speeds are not their top speeds. How do I know this? I got pulled over when I thought I was going 92mph for the cop to tell me he had me on radar going 63mpg. This was at 11pm on a Thursday no one was out but me. And how about another instance where I drive by the speed readers thinking or being told I’m going 70mph when the speed reader is obviously clocking me at no more than 40-45mph. Beware. Don’t waste your money. Until I see some solid solutions to my waste of 3800 based on previous trust my review is going to stay the same. This review will also pop up anywhere else I’m allowed to put up a review about these guys. I will also be contacting the correct authorities necessary for the false advertisement etc. stay away guys.

Edit: 8/4/22
After filing a complaint with the BBB and writing reviews on other websites, venom has finally decided to move forward in solving the issue one way or another. Once this whole ordeal has been resolved and is over I will change/update my review.
