Edit (29 July 2026): I contacted Sophie from customer service again, she refunded the return costs directly. She's been very responsive and helpful each time I reached out, I'd give 5* for customer service. But I deduct 2 stars for the product quality and additional effort of chasing the full refund.

I placed my first order on Veepee for some trousers. They sent me the wrong size, customer service agreed it was a mistake on their part and sent me a prepaid return label. After they received the items back, they deducted the return cost from my refund, the reason given: they don’t recognise they made a mistake. I’ve never had this kind of experience, I can only say, I do not recommend Veepee! Unfortunately for me, I had already placed a second order, and had to return some items in that order due to quality defects, let’s see what will happen to that second return.

I've generally had a good experience shopping with Veepee, and the prices and deals can be excellent. However, the biggest downside is the delivery time. Orders often take a very long time to arrive, sometimes much longer than expected, which can be frustrating when you're looking forward to receiving your purchase.
The products themselves have usually been as described, and customer service has been acceptable, but the lengthy shipping times definitely impact the overall experience. If you're not in a hurry and are happy to wait, Veepee can offer some great bargains. However, faster and more predictable delivery would significantly improve the service.

Very bad experience with Veepee.
I ordered a blue Apple phone, but I received a white one instead. I assumed this was just a mistake, so I ordered the same phone again, thinking I could return the incorrectly delivered white phone.
To my surprise, the second order arrived and it was again a white phone instead of the blue one. Getting the wrong product twice is no longer just a small mistake — it is extremely poor service and very misleading.
On top of that, there are no clear return labels available, and when you contact customer service, you are simply sent from one person to another without any real solution. Nobody takes responsibility, and the customer is left dealing with the problem.
This feels completely unacceptable. You order and pay for one product, but you receive something else. Then you have to waste your own time trying to fix their mistake, without proper help or clear communication.
For me, this has been a very unreliable and frustrating experience. I will not order from Veepee again and I strongly advise others to be very careful. Wrong deliveries, poor communication, no proper return process and terrible customer service. Extremely disappointing.
