Jade has been incredibly helpful. Every time I contact their support team they have been efficient and easy to work with. They are always able to help me with my queries.
Customer service was really good, polite helpful on the phone and explained everything really well.

The customer service advisors, especially Taraun Lekhi has been really helpful in the resolution of missed collections. The depot has been playing hard ball on collaborating and has gone the other way, instead of the agreed notes, access times and full site collection.
I believe there is a communication gap between the office and depot and certainly the customer is out of the loop. So we would love to collaborate and resolve the issue of missed collections which we have been facing for the past 2 weeks.

Jade was very helpful and re-arranged our collection. I have no issues with Veolia. The driver is lovely too.
There prices are slightly more expensive but if you get the service then you have to pay.

Contacted company via chat feature. Jason Greer dealt with our request quickly and and our bins are to be collected next day. Cant fault the service!

Good morning Ella,
Today I went down to the container to drop off waste and, unfortunately, yet again found the bin had been left emptied after servicing and unlocked.
As discussed during our recent phone call, this issue is ongoing and remains a serious concern. I appreciate the case being raised and forwarded to the account manager, however the problem has once again not been resolved.
Please can this be addressed urgently, as I do not feel it is unreasonable to expect the container to be secured correctly after collection.
