Appalling customer service. Ordered more than a month the ago and the item has still not arrived. Customer service replies are very slow and completely generic. Totally unhelpful and giving no idea of when item will arrive. Please do not buy from this company unless you enjoy being frustrated, angry and disappointed. The item was not cheap and was a gift for my disabled teenage daughter who against all odds managed to achieve an A level this summer and bloody well deserved a treat. As it hasn’t arrived, I can’t even return it and get a refund. Totally fleeced by this disreputable crew of charlatans.

Like other people on here I thought this was a reputable company. Do not mistake them for Vera Moda which is a company with great reviews.
My order did not arrive as expected so I emailed VERA and did have a prompt reply saying the order will be posted the following day. It wasn’t and is still showing in process on their website three weeks later. Emailed again with no response. Phone line just says they cannot connect you, presumably because of all the complaints they must be getting.
I will be instructing my bank to recover my money and I suggest that other customers do the same.
Do not use this company.

The shoes are fantastic quality leather. Excellent. The delivery took longer than expected, but the shoes were worth waiting for

Delivery took too long it should be made aware how long Delivery is going to be before order is placed the shoes were for a wedding had to go to amazon so now I've two pairs double the cost

I stuck with an order I cancelled before.

Ítem took so long to arrive that I tried to return within a week and was not able to. No response to my email either to enable my return/refund

The quality and fit is not as good as I expected. There is a ridge on both sandals directly under my toes causing it to be very uncomfortable. Sadly, I won’t be wearing them. After waiting 3 weeks for delivery, to the wrong address, I was not impressed and won’t purchase from this company again.

Vera Mode looks like a scam website. It's not Vera Moda.

You may receive some cheap clothes, but if they don't fit you can't return them and they are almost certainly not worth what you paid

Absolutely terrible. Still no delivery after 4 months. Don’t want it now as assume the fabric is not genuine. Would appreciate some contact from the company. Avoid

Ordered a blazer at the start of May and it’s now 14th of July and I have never received it. They have not responded to my email asking for a refund

Avoid! I ordered from this company by mistake as thought it was a well known retailer. The jumper took weeks to arrive, then when it did finally arrive it was tiny and inferior and didn’t fit. It took a week for them to respond to my return request which I then posted back to them straight away, this was back in early March. I still have not received a refund and it’s the end of June. I have emailed them continually and had no response at all so I have had to raise with my Credit Card issuer who have refunded me and have taken on the case of trying to get the charge back.

I have NEVER received my order...I would give NO STARS if there was a choice!!!

Took weeks to arrive, awful quality! Responded with a returns label, Ive sent them back and they haven't refunded and are now not replying to any emails!
Save yourself the hassle!!!

No one replied to my emails at customer services. The tracking number provided was also invalid. I requested refund and they never got back despite multiple emails and phone calls

AWFWUL is polite for these crocks
Know matter how many times I have asked for a refund it’s never been sent.
They can’t even reply just keep the money.
Avoid at all costs or loose out

Would give 0 if there was a zero.What a pile of crap the shirt was nothing like the photo,"easy returns"rubbish, was told it would be very expensive to send it back at your cost.Was promised a 50% refund but suprise suprise still waiting after 9 weeks.Don't waste your money.

This company are fraudulent . They do not exist . I have ordered from them and nothing was ever received . They have no comms team and I have been ignired. That is because they do not exist . They are trading off Vera Moda illegally

I didn't get my order. And no reply from the seller. I think this seller is a scam 😡😡
