Had to pay twice and then they never delivered it, ridiculous!

Purchased items online-have had zero communication from them since (over 1 month ago), despite numerous emails asking for a refund. Am in the process of reporting them to trading standards and filing this as a scam via my bank. Don’t ever purchase from this store is my recommendation.

I placed an order that was not delivered in time for my event, I emailed and asked for the order to be cancelled as I had to find something else to wear to my event. I have been waiting for a refund for my none delivered items since 06 April, my emails have been ignored since the cancellation was confirmed.

6 weeks on, never received the item! No contact from customer service about delays.

Awful. Didn’t receive the item or refund - I have received email that this will be refunded but it wasn’t

Order took 4 weeks to get delivered and whilst I got a reply in 2 days for a return label, I still have received no refund after 6 weeks of returning the item.

Whilst the items I kept are nice, the lack of clarity and communication with me still waiting for a refund of well over £100 isn't worth it.

I ordered my jumper on the 5/4/26 it still has not arrived, I have sent 7 emails asking where it is and if someone could get back to me NO response, I’ve also left a telephone message NO response, shocking customer service and feel like I’m never going to get my package…..waste of money!!
Will not be shopping with Veramode again!!

Ordered a cardigan as a birthday gift. At the time, the Trustpilot review rating wasn't bad, things seem to have gone drastically downhill. Quality of the item was good, but unfortunately the size didn't fit the recipient. It took weeks to get a return label (from 14 Dec to 31 January). I returned the item immediately via Yodel, as instructed, but despite chasing endlessly I am STILL waiting for a refund as of 21 April. Disgusting customer service. It's basically robbery at this point. Order from this site at your own risk - personally I will never ever order from them again.

Product packed well. Kept informed from dispatch to delivery. Excellent Courier service. Thank you.

I am now considering legal action - i originally placed order nearly 4 months ago. Nothing. I finally got an email from Mariana after 2 months that package was “lost” and a refund would be processed in 5 days. 1 month later - no refund.

Update: I am still waiting for a refund for returned items and VM have now stopped responding to my emails. I am escalating this through Trading Standards. Very disappointing experience.AVOID this company.

Totally useless - AVOID at all costs, fake tracking, no reply’s, just an avoid, onto bank now to claim back money.

Have not received my product yet. Something like 3 weeks after ordering, and the tracking number is taking me nowhere.

I ordered 3 cashmere bottoms and 2 cashmere jumpers . Had to wait weeks for delivery and when they finally arrived the sizing was not correct . A large was more a small. Items were sent back promptly after the trader sent me return labels. After waiting for over a week, I had to contact Vera mode to ensure they had received items They confirmed items had been received by them and the refund was in process…this was in February/march. I am still waiting for this refund and the company have stopped replying to my emails and have not refunded me . Don’t even try calling them, no one answers the phone . Customer service is non existent. Items purchased in January. Vera mode do not email you unless you email them, they have actually stopped replying to me. I have not come across this seller before and wish I had never purchased from them . Please think before you purchase. They take your money but don’t refund …the company is definitely a fraud . PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST! If I could give it no stars I would. So now they have their goods back and my money….i would call this theft

This a very bad experience, have not received the order yet. There is no response to mails and calls and now I get a mail to rate the product service

It’s been more than a month and I have not received my order. Customer service are not responding. I think this is a scam. Do not use.
