Terrible customer service
Used to be a good company a few years ago but unfortunately my experience with them now is that they are totally unreliable. MY ADVICE WOULD NOW BE TO AVOID THEM.
Now waiting for my 4th appointment to repair one of the outside cameras.
1st appointment: the technician was unable to fix the problem and didn’t have a replacement camera with him.
2nd appointment
A technician showed up (late) but again did not have the correct equipment with him
I was assured that they would definitely bring a new camera to the next appointment.
3rd appointment
This time the technician didn’t even bother to show up. I called at the end of the 2-hour window to find out when he would be arriving and I was told that the appointment would need to be cancelled because they did not have the correct equipment.
Was assured that a supervisor would call me within 30 mins but still waiting for the call 24 hrs later!!
I'm sure this review will be met with the standard customer services template trying to create the impression that Securitas takes its clients seriously but, in my experience, they do not.
