This is a clear case of gross incompetence. For two months now, I have been constantly dealing with the same unresolved issue, while the company refuses to replace a system that is clearly defective. The alarm system keeps failing repeatedly, triggering false alerts, calling us again and again, and forcing unnecessary technical visits, without any real solution being provided.
We have been contacted dozens of times, sometimes repeatedly within the same day. There is a complete lack of coordination and communication between departments. Every interaction starts from zero, with repeated authentication and repeated explanations of the same problem.
A technician has already confirmed that the system cannot be repaired, yet despite this, the company continues to avoid replacing it. Instead, we are trapped in an endless loop of phone calls, canceled visits, and contradictory information.
It is absolutely unacceptable that in 2026 a company operating in security systems is incapable of diagnosing a failed system and replacing it accordingly. This situation is wasting our time, disturbing our daily life and our neighbors, and demonstrates a total failure in customer support and internal communication.

Make it very difficult to leave your contract
No problem with the service they provided but a nightmare trying to cancel a contract we no longer need
We were out of contract but they still made it difficult to leave , round in circles with the cancellation department saying they had sent me a form which did not arrive until the fourth phone call
