Versik, just read the reviews, I bought 2 last night, why is this company an advertiser through Google with all these negative comments, Versik please respond

Bought two 4GB SSD's and they are both utter rubbish. Stick with known manufacturers. These are guys are crooks outside the law.

Absolutely terrible product and service, bought as an Xmas present and it does not work AT ALL. Complained to the company and they said as its out the 30 day window they can't refund, despite UK law stating that you're eligible for refunds for up to 6 months. Terrible company, DO NOT USE.

It's all a lie
The worst ssd drives out there. My usb sticks are much faster. You will average around 7-8 mbps, it's pathetic. Even if they were free avoid them. Slow, unreliable and the customer support is a bunch of monkeys reading from a script.

Back in December, I put some of my Christmas money into purchasing two "ultra speed external SSDs" for my laptop.

When they arrived and I tested out the 2TB drive, it seemed to be working well at first. Next thing I knew, I was struggling to play - and download - video files.

I haven't used it much since, nor have I gotten around to using the 1TB drive. I've just had a look at some of the reviews for this site and the general consensus is that it's all a scam.

Well, that's £30+ I'm never getting back. 🙄

Purchased an SSD external hard drive in Nov 2023. Worked fine until 27/1/24
( not quite three months) .
On 27/1/24 all visual signs of SSD on my MacBookAir vanished, contacted company , who supplied options open to me, none worked. Took laptop and SSD to Computer Repair outlet and after three days and a £60 fee, the verdict was " Completely Dead" .
Lost all my files, and some were of medical importance.
Have contacted suppliers, who have basically offered rescue options which don't work, and no offer of support, compensation, or new unit, not that I want one. I feel I bought a poor item.
I would seriously doubt the reliability of this product .

Scam. You cannot contact seller. Device is faulty, cheap, cables provided not working. DO NOT BUY.

I bought 2 x1TB SSD drives and then, lol and behold, was offered another at half price. I fell for that one so was waiting for three SSD hard drives to come. 7-12 days wait. I then found these comments on TrustPilot and thought, “Oh dear, not good buys it would seem” and felt very stupid to have fallen for these very cheap offers. I started an email correspondence with Versik and told them I would not be opening the parcel/s when they arrived and would be returning them. I asked for a return label. I was given the address of a private house in the Lincoln area to send the parcel/s to. This I duly did and asked Versik to refund my money + postage. After a couple more emails I have now had my money for the hard drives refunded but not the postage. Incidentally, when the packages arrived you could hear something rattling inside when shaken - weird?!?. Anyway, certainly a dodgy enterprise and to be avoided, I would suggest.

both of the ssds I bought did not work they promised me they would pay return postage they then refused. Bad company poor product. Do not fall for them they don't seem to care they lied so don't let them do it to you.
Worst company I have delt with, I am in the industry so you can believe me when I make these statements

Total scam - do not purchase. Bought an external SSD card from them and the files keep disappearing. Took a while to realise what was happening and now over 30-day refund time, s contacting credit card company. Don't touch with a barge pole.

I have never purchased from this company but am receiving post for this company . I am a private residence. This site must be a scam and I don't know where they got my address from. I have 3 parcels that have been returned to this company that are using my private address. BEWARE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from this website and it's fake SSD drives, this is a scam... I bought a 30 tb SSD but it can hardly hold a few giga bytes data... All transferred files disappeared after disconnecting the device. PC shows it's capacity as 30TB but it's not a genuine product and can not hold any data in it... Don't waste your money.

I bought a 30tb. It had a transfere speed of 12mb. after 20 hours it stopped. The properties shows space was taken up,... but I cannot see any files. Scan disk fixed an unknown problem but,.. All I can see is the root directory that I copied by backups in to. I tried to send it back to get my money back BUT THEY REFUSE to do so. This is a CRIMINAL SCAM and I am going to make a police complaint that might get an international warrent of arrest if I and enough other people push the police hard enough to do so.

Two SSD drives both faulty. took 12 hours to do a format of 1TB. only getting 1% of quoted transfer speed.

Avoid at all cost, will use section 75 of the consumer credit act to get refund.
Got a refund via the credit card company.

Scam. Bought 2 x 30TB SSDs and neither work. Wish I looked on here and checked before getting sucked in the appeal of great value for money. The phone number on website does not work and email to customer services is met with an undeliverable message.

A total scam. Avoid this company at any cost. Ordered and received two 2TB drives. Having wated many long hours copying files to them, they kept consistently failing. A total waste of time and money.

This is a total scam. I waited 3 weeks for a piece of rubbish that, when plugged in does absolutely nothing. I have emailed the company more than a week ago; nothing heard back. The phone number given is not recognised. I searched the internet for more info on them; no social presence, no company details, nothing. It's just some scammer stealing your money to send you what seems to be an empty case.

I fell for it but am trying to get redress. I have spoken to my credit card company to raise Section 75 . They want me to pursue the case with Versik to see if i can get a refund.
Versik contacted me this morning and asked me to supply photos of the ssd drives. They replied to ask me to return the disks before 31st january to this address :

I remembered a previous post here where they had given an address in Flintshire which turned out to be somebody's residence.
I then looked up the address on Google Map and it seems to be in a residential area.
I am hoping to speak to Darlington Trading standards tommorrow but i think they have given me a false address.
I also checked Companies House register but it returned "No Search Results"
Has anybody had experience of returning the SSD Drives to this company.

Two SSD drives ordered, neither of which function. Versik's obviously well rehearsed response is to offer 50% refund. Trouble is the drives are so small and light that they can't function as doorstops either.
Do not buy here.
