I had an excellent experience at Vertu Mini York. The whole team was professional, friendly, and efficient, but I especially want to thank Ben Ray for his outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Ben really went above and beyond to ensure everything was explained clearly and that I felt confident with my choices. His attention to detail and approachable manner made all the difference. Though not my closest Mini dealership I have no regrets for choosing Vertu Mini York to purchase my new all electric mini countryman .
