Having mistakenly double-booked a 5* hotel in Brussels, my fingers were crossed for good luck when I called Very Chic to explain my error.

I feel most fortunate to have been connected to Chloe, whom I discovered to be a most capable client services representative.

The manner by which she patiently listened, demonstrated an understanding of my concern, and articulated the potential resolution options within the bounds of Very Chic company policy was my initial indication that I was in very good hands.

Upon confirming my contact details (phone number and email address), she took the initiative to promptly notify the selected hotel, expertly obtained an agreement for one of the reservations to be canceled, and within 10 minutes called to inform me of the successful resolution.

Sincere appreciation is expressed for Madame Choe's client satisfaction focus, knowledge of Very Chic's policies and procedures, superb negotiating skills, and the high degree of personal pride she has in the quality of her work.

Very Chic truly has a valued employee who values the organization...and the clients!

Had to reschedule my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances and the guys at Very Chic were most accommodating and helpful. Sorted it all out really quickly for me, which was a great relief.

We had several questions and a special request regarding a trip we wanted to book and she has been very helpful every step of the way. I had to be in touch with her over the course of several days and she was very kind and patient throughout the entire process.

We booked a bedroom through Very Chic.
We paid an advance of 437,75 Euros.
They sent us a message few hours later, saying that the room is not available.
They told us that they will give us back the money but 7 days later, they still didn't refund our money.
This is not acceptable!

We already booked twice with VeryChic.
The hotels and the organization were always perfect and we spent wonderful days in wonderful destinations.
This time we happened to double book a stay by mistake. The money was refunded to us within the same day. Excellent!

My husband is ill and I had to cancel the hotel booking. In less than 30 mins Delphine telephoned to sort out the cancellation. All was arranged with politeness and understanding. The refund was in the bank the following day.
