Just a thing to improve: the price offered by a customer should only concern the price of the item and not include service fees and so on, it would make things more transparent for both customer and seller

Outrageous platform fees
The service is efficient, but the fees retained by the platform are outrageous.
My buyer bought for 325€, I only got 212€ out of it. It’s really insane.

Although the process is simple it took a long time to finally get a buyer. I was unclear on how the fees worked and I wish it was a better way to communicate during the authentication process, not just sending me a message, but allow me to communicate back. It was mentioned that I didn’t disclose wear and tear on the piping if the purse, but I did and had photos showing the wear.

a few pros and cons
its disappointing they charge a tax for goods imported when Australia is exempt for any goods under $1000. so unsure who gets the tax. Just makes items more expensive to purchase which makes the seller lose out. Other wise very easy process just too many hidden costs. Trustworthy website overall a bonus
