Everything worked as promised. I asked for my garment to be checked and verified by Vestiaire and they did. The seller posted the garment quickly and even with verification the delivery time was only a few days.

The worst experience
The worst experience. They failed to send me all the information and documentation needed for customs. Because of that, the package is sent back to me (the seller). I have contacted their customer support every day for 6 days and all they gave me were generic, AI answers. It is such a shame that customer service is run by bots and there is noone that can actually help you.

Incompetent system ignores video proof of official store and its own experts.
Vestiaire Collective is completely incapable of handling rare, authentic luxury goods. I listed and sold an exclusive retail tote purchased directly from the official Gucci Garden store in Florence, Italy.
Because this localized boutique line does not have standard mass-market commercial tags, Vestiaire’s broken automated algorithm falsely flagged it as a "gift" and cancelled the sale. To clear up their confusion, I sent them concrete video footage and photographs taken inside the actual Gucci Garden store, clearly showing my exact bag on display for sale. Vestiaire has literally sold identical items on their platform before. Yet, their front-line customer service agents operate like robots, completely refusing to use common sense or logic and to escalate. They continuously demand a retail invoice for a localized boutique item, choosing to stay willfully ignorant. A gift is a gift, but a retail store product on a display shelf is a retail product.To make their incompetence even more embarrassing, they returned the bag to me in Portugal with an official Vestiaire tag stamped "REJECTED" (Internal Barcode #67358070). However, the line at the bottom that reads "Inspected by ____________" is completely BLANK. No human authenticator actually signed off or took accountability for an authenticity failure because their physical hub already knew the bag was 100% genuine. The rejection was purely a lazy, administrative computer error.I have safely moved this beautiful, authentic piece to a superior luxury platform (Joli Closet) that actually employs humans with real luxury market expertise. If you sell rare, boutique-exclusive items, stay far away from Vestiaire Collective. Their automated loops will treat you like a scammer while ignoring the very video evidence standing right in front of them. Feel free to check my 67358070 item! Apparently it's a Freebie. But only to Vestiaire.
As you can see on their reply, Vestiaire insists on not reviewing their classification and don't even identify the person that made the rejection. Bag is authentic but classified as a gift ... there are multiple reports of this bag being sold at the gucci garden store... This is not only lack of knowledge, this is simple lack of judgment... well...
