I have used it once and my experience is extremely bad. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! They sold a fake bag to me, and made two real controll by their “experts” and then they started a resale of the bag in my account dispute a document by real autentification saying it’s fake.

Can’t wait to close account
I’ve been trying since March to update my email address so as to withdraw my funds. It is the most arduous, ridiculous ‘security system’…Changing my email with banks and Govt departments was easier.
I cannot access my old email address - as I’ve told Vestiaire numerous times and yet verification codes keep being sent to that email. The most frustrating experience. Can’t wait to withdraw my balance and never deal with Vestiaire again. Stick to Vinted.

Very disappointed, bag is a fake gucci bag and it should be said beforehand. i bought it because it passed the Vestiaire inspection so thought it was to certified authentic items but is not the case.It was my 1st experience with Vestiaire but don’t think I will buy again.

Extremely happy with the site, I ordered a Valentino bag, lucky to find a brand new one with tags. The whole process was so easy. The customer is always available to clear your doubts. Paid $25 extra for an expert to check the bag and the authenticity. I ordered another bag unfortunately the seller provided misleading images but the bag experts flagged down the product for me and it was cancelled. The money was credited in my account without any hassle.
