A great price for medication draws you…
A great price for medication draws you in (100ml for the price of 30ml at the vets). However, delivery was slow until I called and paid an additional £5.99 for express delivery, then the item arrived the next day. With the cost of the vet’s prescription on top (£19.80) what started off as a bargain turned out not to be. Not sure I’ll repeat the experience with this company

We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when you're waiting for medication for your pet. While our express delivery service is available for customers who need their order more urgently, we're sorry that you felt this detracted from the value you were expecting.
Unfortunately, veterinary prescription charges are set by individual veterinary practices and are separate from our medication pricing, so we're unable to influence those costs. We always aim to provide excellent value on the medication itself to help offset these fees wherever possible.

Definitely won’t be using again
Definitely won’t be using again. Prescription pain medication was requested 21/07 on the 26/07 no info available, emailed requesting an update, and had to return to the vet to collect medication at extra cost, now lunchtime 28th medication arrives.
Still no response to my email.

Delivery was slower than expected but good product range. Happily I still had enough product so there was no gap. Seemed to be despatch rather than the courier that was the issue. Get that right and it would be 5 star.
