Liked the product just too small in size, and fast delivery, good correspondence.
But little disappointed as wouldn’t honour the 20% code I initially used but have had to send the boots back as too small..and was keen to order the bigger size if I could use the code again.

V.GAN are great to deal with, love the products and ethos for sustainability, even down to the recyclable packaging. They have some of the best looking none animal leather boots around. Very comfortable and great style. A very reliable company with great customer service. If you are looking for cruelty free footwear I can not recommend them enough.

Lovely shoes, super comfortable and so soft. Order and delivery exceptionally efficient. Shoe boxes have a little handle so have repurposed the box. Will definitely be back to order more!

I purchased some size 5 sandals, I’m always a size 5. These were too small and my toes were off the end of the foot pad.

£2.99 for delivery and £2.70 to return even though I’d have kept them if they were the correct size! So I’ve lost money because of their poor sizing.

I bought their plum footbed birkenstock style sandals. Within 20 mins of wear I developed painful blisters. I emailed the company and they said I could send them back for inspection but unless it is due to a manufacturing default they will be returned to me. The reviews on their website are curated. AVOID.

I received my boots but they were really small, I am normally a size 5 but I couldn’t even get my feet in to them.
I returned them at my own expense via Royal Mail and I have proof of postage and delivery, tracking says they received my item over a week ago. They are claiming they never received it and won’t refund me. I have had to raise a claim through PayPal.

The shoes look great but started to fall apart, cheap glue being used, the most annoying thing though is their website will not allow me to post a bad review of the shoes, have tried twice and it will not appear on the website. Do not use!

Shoes fell apart within two months. Nice looking shoes but the leather separated from the sole (and laces tore) very quickly. Hardly more sustainable than real leather if the build quality is so poor.

They look great out of the box, but after a month are falling apart. Very poor quality, especially for the price.

Great buying experience - customer, service was good and my shoes were packed securely and safely. Fast delivery too. The shoes are brilliant - I liked them so much I bought a second pair. Highly recommend and will be purchasing from this company again.

I've bought quite a few pairs of shoes from here now, and I'm impressed with the quality of them. I absolutely love my brown cress ankle boots - they have quickly become my favourite pair of shoes. I use their brogues for work, too. The vegan shampoo that I could select to come free with the order seems good quality.

I had a problem when I ordered their gun metal black belt and they delivered the wrong item. Clearly this was not ideal, so I emailed their customer support and they responded rapidly to pay for a return and provided a full refund, with many apologies for their warehouse stock tracking error. They didn't have a replacement so I bought a belt from somewhere else. This situation could have been quite frustrating, but their support team dealt with quickly and easily so it worked out fine.

The quality of their vegan products is so good and the customer service responsive enough that I'm happy to rate them 5 stars and shop with them again in the future.
