Bought a full carbon bike bottle holder from this company. Snapped on first use will never use them again. Cheap plastic not carbon absolute rip off. Crap reply give them a miss.

Delivery time painfully slow
Customer service is pretty responsive - I got an item that was not as described which they gave me a credit for immediately. However for this original order and for its replacement delivery took 5-6 weeks. Following up i get an automated responses that the item has been packed and sent for postage. However, when I look at tracking it is yet to be received by the carrier or Australia Post.

They don't tell you until after you've paid just how long the delivery time is. They thrn mame it impossible to cancel.

Unexpected fast delivery time
No information about expected delivery time until after order placed and paid for. 30 business days was what it then said which was disappointing to read but it arrived today - less than 8 business days - so updating my earlier review to reflect an excellent service.
