We needed some maintenance doing on our 2-year old Victory Baywood. Jo in after sales arranged for the engineers to come on a convenient day for us. Juris and Chris arrived spot on time and carried out the necessary work quickly, efficiently and effectively. Two great guys, we cannot thank them enough or fault their professionalism, especially the way they cleaned up after themselves.

I was lucky enough to have Steve come from Victory for snagging issues.
He is an absolute gem: kind, helpful, polite and extremely good at his job. Thank you Steve!

Steve came to replace my sink. Very respectful to property and left everything neat and tidy. Only complaint about Victory is they arrive unannounced. Luckily I have been in both times.

We have just had a new Khalo lodge delivered to Derwent Oaks Park in York. All the warranty queries were uploaded to the Victory portal on Tuesday and we had an engineer on park yesterday booked by Jamie Sonnabend. The engineer resolved most of the issues bar the parts on order. A big thank you to Jamie and the warranty team at Victory for impeccable service. 😊

The customer service I received from Jamie was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company.

Paul the all round tradesman that came to do the snagging issues we reported on our Victory Lakewood Lodge has done an excellent job inside. We are very pleased 👍 We haven't had a chance to look outside yet as it was dark when we arrived

Paul was a pleasure to have on site as always. Always smiling and friendly and gives us girls in the office plenty of time to get to his request and is understanding when it takes time to find the right key.

Steve has attended to help with small warranty issues. Always polite and respectful and does a good job. Knowledgable staff are a companies best asset, especially in after sales and Steve is welcome on the park anytime.

When you buy a victory lodge ( I got a Lake wood ) you will find Snag's that need fixing.
Make sure you take photos of them and report them immediately as you only have 2 year warranty. It will take time for snags to be done but they will eventually be done.
