Paul attended today to fix wallboard and a radiator off the wall, very polite ,explained fully the work he was and did complete.

Purchased brand new Victory Ashbury static at Haven site. 1 light not working, window in showroom warped and won't shut or open, screws not covered. Metal filings not cleared up from screws.. and sharp. Sliding door leaks and some poor workmanship.
Surely not quality checked and passed before delivery

WOW, what a turnaround! I had Paul (engineer) come out today, to fix the door on my static. This has needed to be attended to several times over the past few years, however its never been done properly, hence another visit. Victory was fast and efficient this time. Paul was amazing. Professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. The door is like brand new! Thanks Paul. He really is an asset to the company. Thanks Victory.

Paul visited our holiday park, signed in on arrival , very professional. After completing the work came back to the hub to sign out and give us an update on what was done.

We have recently bought a Victory Lakewood Lodge, with any new Lodge purchase there are a few teething issues. In this case a sticking window, door and lighting in the bedroom wardrobe. The gentleman from Victory who was sent to rectify these problems, Juriis, was Amazing, Polite, Courteous and Professional. The problems were fixed quickly and efficiently, I cannot thank him enough.

Had a issue with one of the doors in the caravan however Lewis and Matty provided excellent service to rectify the problem well done

We had a problem with a kitchen wall board in our Victory Lodge. Keith and Andy came to assess the board and arranged to fit two new boards.
We are very pleased with the results.
Keith and Andy were very professional, helpful and knowledgable. They replaced the boards and left the lodge clean and tidy,

Juris & Chris were amazing today!
They gave such great after service and dealt with all my minor warrantee issues and concerns, they went above and beyond today! And are always so friendly and helpful, from the aftercare dept I call up to the people that come out to fix the issues! I would highly recommend Bower holiday homes and there 2nd to none after sales and customer service teams especially, Joanne, Juris and Chris!! Thanks again for everything! Matty came to sort out a couple of snagging issues in our Lakewood Lodge in Scarborough he was very friendly and helpful he sorted the problems out efficiently and gave us some additional advice he was brilliant

Paul did a great job at fixing a shower and wall panel in a holiday home at one of our holiday parks. It was sorted in a timely and efficient manor!
