Lewis and Paul did a great job in repairing flooring in my static caravan. They arrived promptly in uniform and were very respectful of our property.

Steve came this morning to rectify an outstanding issue with our shower. He was very polite and professional and didn't rush to finish despite the very warm conditions. He's done a fabulous job, it looks so much better and properly sealed - his workmanship is excellent.

I reported an issue with my new lodge on Saturday, I got a reply 5 minutes later, Andy & Keith turned up on Monday Afternoon & sorted my issue out, very professional & polite excellent customer service

I am absolutely disappointed with my Victory Bower and the lack of support and communication. Been panned off until now over a year and seemingly out of warranty. Had it just over a year and nothing but problems. Things that have been repaired have been repaired badly. Wall panels continue to move. Quality of this van is not worth the money. Had so far within a year couch broken twice, bed not right, damaged wall panel, mirror door chipped, panels coming away, panels not fitted properly, gap around door, outside corner strip fallen off, bits missing off windows, screw covers falling off, inside corners splitting. Had to wait months for missing items included in spec. Excitement gone and money wasted. Apparently Victory never responding to site contacting them
Update - now been contacted by Keith who has promised to resolve issues and meeting me on Tuesday 24/6/25

Rhys arrived to sort our radiator. Even although it was the end of his working day he made sure he got to us as promised, took time to explain things and did an excellent job. No mess no fuss and one working radiator. Thank you so much.

After buying my lodge in February 2024 I have had several issues which took months to sort out through the park owners. I still had a few snags that needed sorting but decided to go to victory directly as I knew I would get nowhere with prestige.

I emailed victory and the following day I had a call from a lovely chap called Keith. He apologised about the issues I’d had and said he would make sure he puts everything right.
We discussed the problems and he then emailed me with a date he would come with an engineer to fix.
True to his word he came and fixed everything.

I really wished I had known about Keith last year, he has taken out all the stress and I can now finally enjoy my lodge.

Thank you so much Keith! you have restored my faith and you are an asset to victory Leisure homes.

With big thank yous to Paul Woods who today had the horrible job of sorting the leaking shower out. It was a big job and he did it quickly and efficiently. He is always polite and considers his surroundings when working. I would definitely give him employee of the month. Thanks Paul

Our Victory Echo is about to turn 6 years old, and we have noticed holes appearing in the aluminum external cladding on multiple panels. I contacted Victory regarding the warranty, only to be informed that it covers a period of just 2 years. It is clear that this is a manufacturing issue that Victory is unwilling to address. I am absolutely shocked by this situation and would recommend against purchasing a Victory caravan, as the quality is poor. When it starts to rust within 5 years, Victory is not interested in helping!

**Update:** An engineer visited the lodge and agreed that the panels are corroding and oxidizing, and that all the cladding would need to be replaced. Victory confirmed that they would not replace the panels since we are beyond the two-year warranty. They offered us a price to replace the panels, which could cost up to £17,000, and advised us to try claiming on our insurance. It feels inappropriate for them to suggest misleading an insurance company when this is clearly a manufacturing defect. We are truly shocked that we are faced with such a large bill to fix our lodge, despite it having manufacturing defects.

We are now seeking legal help regarding this shocking situation!

Had a couple of small issues with my new lodge 2 guys arrived to sort some and a manager (Keith S) arrived the next day. He gave up part of his day off to sort everything else. He listened to my concerns and was very helpful.

Just had a visit from Paul, a really friendly operative from Victory to fix a problem with condensation dripping from the Velux window in the kitchen area of my Lakewood lodge.
Paul explained what had been happening to cause the problem and sorted it by adding more insulation in the roof space.
Not only did he sort that, he showed me how to change bulbs in the downlighters in the ceiling for future reference and fixed a slight bow in the brown trim between the wall and ceiling.
He even adjusted the side door that had been sticking for ages and I’d just got use to lifting when opening and closing it. This I didn’t even ask for, he just noticed it sticking and hey presto, fixed, amazing!!
I couldn’t be more pleased, thanks Paul. 👍

Purchased our Riverwood Lodge in October 24 and were not making much progress with snagging issues via customer services. We contacted Keith Simmonds after seeing positive comments on Trustpilot and he promptly visited the site with Andy and very quickly fixed the issues we had. Both were extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. Thanks Keith & Andy!

We've had our Riverwood Lodge a year and a half and we love it, unfortunately we got broken into and the full front patio doors need replacing. I didn't know where to start to get a quote so I contacted Victory to ask for help I got a reply from a lovely lady Lizzie Nelson who was really sympathic and caring who put me in touch with Keith Simmonds the Quality improvement lead. Keith not only put our minds at rest to help us all he could he even came out on Easter Monday and drove over 2 hours to take a look and promised to help get our doors replaced. I also work in customer services and would give them 10 star plus for the care and compassion they have shown us. They are a credit to your company I am so grateful it is getting sorted, it gives me peace of mind that there are caring people in this world.

I have been waiting a few months to get snags corrected in my brand new holiday home. Previously poor communication and engineers who turned up, but didn’t do the jobs and gave no feedback.

Enter stage right- Keith and Chis to save the day! Great professionalism all round. True to their word in every sense. Went above and beyond to rectify our issues- done and dusted within an hour.
Thank you very much for restoring my dwindling faith in Victory!

Definitely recommend emailing your concerns via the website- much better service than unanswered phone messages left on a few occasions.

Sometimes the workmen are re directed to a more important job, which can be annoying if you're expecting them. However, the workmen are efficient, polite, and very helpful and go above and beyond. Thanks to all the team and Matty today.
