I own a Victory Lakewood lodge in Scotland.

Damage had been caused by a guest within the en-suite.

After contacting Keith, a day later he was at our resort and took time out to inspect the damage and let me know when the repair could be carried out.

Not wanting to leave any obvious damage Keith and Andy carried out a remedial repair leaving the en-suite looking much better and functional again.

I would recommend Victory,

Keith gets a particular mention for his constant support, he is professional and willing to help when he can.

Certainly on this occasion and other times Keith and Andy have been able to resolve any issues I may have.

Had Steve come to sort out a couple of problems today, he sorted problems with inside window casings (had to order broken clips for one window to be done again once clips arrive) and sorted out a problem with the patio doors, he was very polite, pleasant and respectful of our property and our dog😂. Steve answered any questions we had and was really helpful even though it was quite late on in the day. We appreciate your help Steve and are thankful to Victory for sending out an engineer to deal with the problems promptly. We definitely made the right decision on purchasing a Victory it all seems to be well manufactured and definitely well insulated. Thanks for all your help Steve.

We purchased our caravan in May and we love it. As with everything new, there are always a few snags that need sorting. For the last 4 years we had a caravan from another manufacturer. Whenever we had an issue it took ages to resolve. With Victory the issues are sorted within a few weeks maximum. Today we had Paul visit us to carry out some issues and all was sorted within an hour. Great caravan and great service from Victory.

I work on a holiday park and have varied experience's with Aftersales . From the beginning, the service I have received from Joanne has been excellent. She helped me navigate the Portal, and sent me relevant links, as well as a step by step guide . Her response time to emails is immediate and it has made my job so much easier . She is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient which are star qualities when you are looking for good customer service . Thankyou again Joanne :-)

Jurijis was the engineer who attended, he was also excellent. Very thorough and the customer has requested that he returns when the parts are in .

All in all I am very impressed with Victory Aftersales and would definitely recommend them .

Contrary to Victory's response to my review, this matter is not being dealt with by them privately. They have not responded to any emails over the last month & have now blocked myself & my husband on social media. Ive noticed that Victory like to respond to Trust Pilot reviews in order to give the impression that they are a responsive company, they are not. We purchased our Echo Victory Leisure Home April 2021, it was sold to us as a 2019 model. April 2025 while cleaning the exterior panels we noticed patches of bubbling on the paintwork. Upon closer inspection, the panels were corroding, with the corrosion all the way through to the wooden structure underneath.
We contacted Victory and were told that the panels, chassis & structure only have a 2-year warranty (only 1 year if you're within 5 miles of the coast, buyers beware!) Eventually, a Victory engineer visited our lodge & confirmed that, our lodge is not within 5 miles of the coast, has no external, enviromental factors that could have caused the decomposition of the aluminum panels & concluded that the panels must be faulty due to poor manufacturing processes. He confirmed that all the panels would need to be replaced, costing between £12,000 - £17,000! He explained that Victory would not cover the cost of the repairs, even after confirming that the panels are indeed faulty. He also explained that the panels were no longer manufactured.
We have since received correspondence from Victory's Customer Relations & Warranty Manager stating that the panels are still available, albeit in a different finish. However, they confirmed that Victory, "cannot accept responsibility under warranty" as there is no manufacturing fault.
Why did Victory bother sending an engineer to inspect the lodge if they had no intention of repairing it? Well, it is my belief they were hoping to extract even more money from us.
We have found ourselves in a situation with a lodge that is scrap without the repairs, yet the repairs would cost more than the lodge is worth!
If Victory had any faith in the quality of the product that they are manufacturing, then they would provide an adequate warranty.
Before purchasing a lodge from any manufacturer, please check the warranty. I would hate anyone else to make the costly mistake that we have.

Paul was very friendly and polite and fixed everything that he could to our new holiday caravan. 5 stars for him. Unfortunately the office hadn't mentioned the leaking shower which was on the snagging list we gave them so only 4 for them.

Engineer (Lewis Hill) visit to our caravan, to do a few snags. Very professional gentleman, polite and knowledgeable. Corrected the snags very efficiently and correctly. Before leaving he asked if there was anything else that was concerning us, there was a couple of things, one of which was an issue with a cupboard door banging onto the oven door, to which he came up with a very easy and inoffensive resolution.

In today's AI world it was wonderful to get the personal touch.
I met Keith for the first time today- his positive, professional and knowledgeable approach put me immediately at ease - I knew I was in safe hands.
no question was too much.

I have worked in sales most of my life and would not hesitate to recommend Victory for their prompt response & quality product.

Lewis came out to do some repairs for me today.. what a lovely young man, very polite and professional.. brilliant after sales service from both Victory and Lewis..

Superb quality holiday homes and unbeatable customer service. A bed leg was damaged several years after purchase; our fault, but Victory kindly replaced it FOC. phones always answered and service with a smile!

Keith and his colleague attended very promptly to attend to a faulty Velux bathroom window in our new Victory Lakewood lodge. They were both super helpful , and very competent, they replaced the faulty Velux and left the bathroom spotless!!

After buying the Lodge as new we started having problems but having contacted Keith he reviewed the issues we were having and he and Andy have all but sorted them out.
Great work.

After having to wait rather a long time for the floor repair to take place Steve & Matty carried it out in a very professional way. They were very pleasant and explained everything they carried out, they also tidied up after themselves too which is always a bonus.
