She is also very friendly.

TERRIBLE DANGEROUS GP SURGERY had…
TERRIBLE DANGEROUS GP SURGERY had underactive thyroid for 14 years and they never told me or treated me for it has caused lots of issues also been trying to see gp for recently flagged very high blood pressure since 5 may still no appointment Avoid these pricks at all costs if you value your health!!!
A very big disappointment
I have made an appointment in january.I was told it will be three weeks till I can see a g p.Well, it's now the end of march.I wonder how long does the week take in find medical group land?
I cant make an appointment on the phone. All I get is that I need to be patient.....Basically wait till it gets worse enough to go to the emergency hospital.
I have given a 1 star rating as I can’t give lower
I have given a 1 star rating as I can’t give .5. I have phoned the meds team twice in the last to days having put in an email request over five working day ago. I have been told 5 working days for an email request by several members of staff. This has now changed to 5 working days from when the pass it to the doctor. I sent the email on the 20th of feb the doctor received it on the 24th of feb now I have to wait until the 3rd of march for my prescription to be processed. At this point I will have been out of my pain meds for 4 days. How can you set rules for patients to follow and change them with no notification and expect us not to get angry. Vine medicine group are about as bad as it can get. How many people are being let down by their inadequacies, their service is shockingly bad. To get treatment for my herniated disc I have had to go to drop in clinics, accident and emergency and call on paramedics and all because I can’t get an appointment to see a doctor. They have built a wall around themselves that is impenetrable.
When is something going to change.
Vine medicine group you should be ashamed of yourselves for the poor level of care you give to your patients.
When your patients are in need of help you push them away and tell them to wait till after hours and call 111. Appalling
Avoid at all costs
If you love wasting your time, and being caused lots of stress and anxiety, go here (oh wait, you can’t, you’ll have to go to the walk in centre)!
Don't want to help you!
Will do anything to avoid seeing a patient or providing care. All their procedures are designed to deflect their work to other services, whether it be 111, A&E, walk-in centres or even the local pharmacy. Hugely frustrating. Enormously disappointing.
Can’t get appointment
Yet again, 111 told me I needed to see my GP sooner rather than later. The Vine seem to think you can wait 4 weeks in pain without a proper diagnosis. They do not care about you once you turn 75, and are very reluctant to refer you to a specialist. The ladies who answer the phone are lovely, but they have no power over who gets an appointment.
The online booking service is shocking
The online booking service is shocking. Should you use Patient Access, NHS Access or direct through webiste? Whichever, trying to make a basic request for an appointment is shockingly difficult. All I seem to get is recommendations to purchase services outside the NHS. Why can't you phone or at least have a simple online system. In the past, when eventually seen, the staff are wonderful but sadly the managemtn system is very poor. Such a shame, for so many people.
Some delay when calling but excellent service
Completely happy with the service I received for my appointment. There were a lot of people in the telephone queue when I initially called, but I used the offered call back service and was indeed called back within about 15 minutes. I was also sent a text which enabled me to monitor my position in the queue. Then, when my appointment came, I only waited for around 10 minutes. Both the admin and medical staff were extremely polite and professional. I realise that not everyone's experience may be like this, but it saddens me when people complain or leave bad reviews. Like many surgeries, Vine are having to deal with a continually growing number of patients despite sometimes limited resources. I believe they do their best and never want to let patients down.
3 GDPR breaches…
I can’t complain about the doctors or nurses I’ve encountered. My one star is based on the admin side and how they treat data breaches. Back in 2024 i logged onto my app and noticed a document relating to another patient on my app. I filed a complaint regarding this and after months I finally received an outcome. An apology was all I got. I thought this was fair enough as human error is a thing. However on two more occasions back in January 2025 documents were added to my account for the same patient. I once again notified the vine group and raised a second complaint as clearly my first complaint hadn’t done anything. After a couple of months they have once again provided an apology and tried to reassure me that more will be done to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Exactly what I was informed the first time round, yet it happened a further 2 times. The admin team are awful, GDPR breaches are not treated seriously, and considering I’ve experienced 3 instances of this an apology is not good enough. I have now moved GP’s as I cannot trust that my medical history is confidential
What GP service - its a joke
Well if you read the reviews below I can only reiterate how truly awful the appt system is at this surgery - Anima system never has appts available - the phone system diabolical - I was on for over 30 mins and the queue size did not change at all from over 30 waiting -you have to assume so the GPs can line their pockets they only have one person taking calls.
System broken - Is it beyond redemption
Went to book a routine repeat appointment online for an injection but the option to book a'Regular Nurse Injection' was not displayed. Went to the surgery and was told this option is removed if there are no slots available at the time. Was given a card with a number to call and was advised the person answering would be able to assist. Number available from 8am to 5.30pm. Phoned at 3.33pm same day only to get a voice message saying line closed for the day as no more appointments available. Not the first time I've had issues trying to get an appointment. The way this practice now functions with regards to appointments and seeing either a nurse or GP is a Joke. They need to get their act together and serve the community in a professional manner. Who runs this practice? the partners or the appointed manager? The operating changes made to the practice over the years has gone from good to terrible.
Hopeless
I have lost count of the number of times I have been sent to A+E via 111, because I can’t get a doctor’s appointment. It is very inconvenient for me, and a waste of taxpayers money! The GPs are very good if you can get to see them, but it is getting more and more difficult to get an appointment. The online Anima system is a waste of time.
Well I have to say I am very impressed…
Well I have to say I am very impressed with Vine Medical re the treatment I received this week…So I tried submitting an anima for 2 days but it was always at capacity, Wednesday I got lucky and submitted 2 new health conditions - I was phoned later the same day and offered an appointment the next day to see a gp…I honestly can’t praise enough Dr Zachary for listening to me re my problem and prescribing me quickly some medication- thank you Vine Medical 😀
You can NEVER get an appointment
Filled in on-line request for appointment with symptoms to be told you need an appointment but there are no appointments available. Phone at 8 a.m request call-back. Phoned an hour later to be told there are no appointments available. Phone at 8a.m and hang on . Number 16 in the queue, an hour later reach number 1 to be told all appointments gone. Ask receptionist how we get an appointment to be told to ring back at 8a.m following day. This has been going on for 3 weeks now with no further luck.Going to look into changing doctors if not dead in the meantime.
My faith in simple blood tests had…
My faith in simple blood tests had considerably diminished after a painful and very bruised recent experience. So much so; that prior to today's visit, I had ignored an email request to arrange for one, in connection with my diabetes. Today's visit was for the purpose of a B12 injection.
Although totally unintentional, but because I know nurse Renee Hammond is exceptional in her general demeanour and professionalism; I couldn't help but inform her of my dilemma! To my utter disbelief she immediately responded by offering to carry out a blood test there and then!
Needless to say, didn't hesitate to accept her offer and the outcome was absolutely painless! Firmly renewing my faith in human nature.
Incidentally; I asked her, not for the first time, why she didn't display her name tag and she laughingly responded with words to the effect, "Because they won't give me one." If this is the case; I can only suggest the management reviews it's procedures!
Unable to get appointment
Tried to get appointment to day on automated system kept getting thrown out , so tried to phone 36 in queue got to 6 then received a
message that thay had tried to phone.
Phoned again this time 32 in queue
Got through 2 hrs 40 mins only to be told would have to ring at 8 am Monday
What ever happened to being able to…
What ever happened to being able to speak to a doctor or anyone come to that!! It is absolutely ridiculous.
I have been with this practice for 30 years plus and it never used to be this bad.
Mixed review good and bad.
Haven’t had the best experience with two doctors not listening nor taking me serious. It’s almost like they think you go because you want to waste your own time or palm off as anxious. Since when did we not know our own bodies. However some GP’s have been great and listened, so Thankyou. I wish I could remember their names. Reception are always welcoming and listen well. Nurse Cielo is just incredible at her job, listens, takes her time and spends the full time with you. However I do understand the NHS is very stretched at the minute and appreciate 10 minute appointments is not fair on GP’s to assess fully. Please listen when we have been complaining over the same thing for over 18 months and please don’t always we’re anxious about everything. Anxiety does not always mean generalised with everything.
Stopped my medication without warning…
Stopped my medication without warning then told me to make an appointment which is virtually impossible I am not changing doctors absolutely awful
