It is great to have access to so many delicious Italian wines. The delivery service was quick and efficient.

Great Service, good price.

I know Vino.com very well. You can find very good quality of wine (I usually prefer Italian wines). The prices are correct, and there also many promotions to get the best offer. The assistance is perfect. I am going to buy wines from this platform again.

All of the wines I have received have been excellent and love the assortment! Receiving wines from different countries and areas is always nice as well as being able to request an additional one, if I find one wine I especially like!
Also, being able to have it sent to UPS and being able to pick up there is an Extra Special addition! By being able to due this I don’t need to worry about being home the day it is delivered and have up, to seven days to pick up, is especially nice!

I bought wine for Christmas, I sent the money on 9th of December, 2023. The delivery was late ca. one week although they promise to deliver in max. 3 days so I had to travel for family Christmas empty-handed. I also didn't receive the money back - it's been 2 months!

First time I have used vino.com. Fast efficient delivery and importantly the wine was outstanding . Will be using for all
my wine now

Order delievered as estimated, thick box, the bottles were not protected but the delivery company respected the "fragile" label on the box and everything was intact

I ordered 3 magnum bottles of wine with Vino.com and they only delivered 2. I've now been waiting for weeks on the delivery of the third and I haven't even gotten an update on the estimated time of arrival. Horrible customer experience especially for a returning customer. I wouldn't recommend ordering with Vino.com.

It was the first time I have used this company. I made a mistake in an order. Entirely my fault but a quick phone call and the order was cancelled and the payment reversed immediately. Will definitely use again.

Oltre ad avere un ottima selezione di vini dopo il 5o ordine,con due problemi creati dal corriere invece poi risolti da Vino.com.Se hai messo gli occhi su un loro prodotto e non li conosci ancora ,ci metto la faccia sul prodotto e sulla risoluzione dei problemi(creati sempre dai corrieri).

In addition to having an excellent selection of wines after the 5th order, with two problems created by the courier which were then resolved by Vino.com. If you have your eyes on one of their products and you don't know them yet, you can take for granted that whenever you Will face issues w/ the courier they Will troubleshooting all the process (the trouble Is always created by couriers).

Als je een van hun producten op het oog hebt en je kent ze nog niet, dan zal ik mijn gezicht op het product en de probleemoplossing leggen (altijd gemaakt door koeriers)

Vino.com has an amazing assortment of wines, reasonable prices, good sales, and speedy delivery!
So far I haven’t needed to contact customer service except to let them know how happy I am with their products and services!
I won’t order from any other online wine shop! Vino.com is the best!

Another good restaurant going bad. From the moment we got there. We had reservations. However they were seating folks without reservations first, then didn't have the tables for those with reservations. They stuck the four of us at a table made for two. Table rocked out of control. Had to put napkins under the legs. Then not enough menus. We had to share menus with the table next to us. Then they didn't have enough dishes for folks. Appetizers and dinner came out at the same time and there wasn't enough room on our little table to accommodate Both. Then Salt and pepper shakers were all plugged up. Then came drinks. They served cocktails in an on the rocks glass. I've never had a cocktail in such a little glass. If they serve it in a regular cocktail glass they charge you double. We did complain to the waitress and just heard "sorry." No manager, no changing us to a bigger table. Nothing. Could care less about the drinks. Once dinner was served we never saw the waitress again. Waited forever to get the check. It was brought to us by the bartender who told us that our waitress had left. Horrible from start to finish. I Have been coming here for years and always good food and service. Not this time. Absolutely terrible service and food wasn't up to par either. Very disappointed. This was a Wednesday evening. Can't imagine how things are on a weekend or busy night. Won't be coming back anytime soon. Really a shame. Hoping they read this review and get things back on track.
