Amazing experience
What an amazing experience to order from Vino.com. I needed to get the goods on a different day than planned and enquired about postponing delivery. Giulia from Customer Service endeavoured to have the order held. When this was not possible, we arrived at the conclusion that redirecting the delivery would be the next option. In the end I got the boxes 1 day earlier and that was perfect. Customer service was extremely friendly and delivery from Italy to Holland was lightning fast and FREE!

Best service so far on the Internet since 1995.
Vino dot com their customer service is exceptionally good. It so great that the welcome voucher I forgot to use I got refunded. I had the voucher ready, but I thought it was on the next screen. When I hit the button I saw the bar to fill it. Also I forgot the gift wrapping, all sorted due to great tech support!! So thankful for great service of this Italian company. Can't wait to treat my Italian friend for being our guide in Rome with this amazing wine.
Will definitely buy again !
