Your product is good but it didn't provide the actual size of pipe diameter. It doesn't fit the pipe stick out of the wall. I need to return it but I am not quite understand your return policy.

Service was great product arrived on time

Ordered item more than a month ago . Paid immediately but never received any updates . I was never notified item was not in stock . When I called customer service rep said it was coming from another company so not their fault . I should expect it in March . March is 3 1/2 months after I ordered item .

I could go on but I’m sure you get the point . Please don’t sell items you don’t have in inventory and if you do please don’t charge me until you ship. Please send me e-mails to let me know the status of my order .

This was a gift so I had to find out from my friend how it worked in her tub. The details she gave me are that there was some very slow leakage which meant that when the water in the tub got cooler, she had enough room to run enough hot water to get it back up to temp. There was no need therefore to let any water out from the bottom. Her review is that it works great.

Great products for vintage style which I love and is not found just everywhere. The clawfoot tub shower kit I purchased was not only beautiful but also very heavy duty, great quality. Well worth the price especially with the discount offered. Love it!

They had what we needed and was here within days. Only thing was there were no instructions with the faucet. I guess whomever orders from them it is assumed they know what they are doing so no instructions are needed ?? Price can not be beat from what we were seeing in our local stores !

Customer service great. Product less so. I ordered "D-ring" shower curtain bar.

The bar really needs:

* two (not one) ceiling supports.
* through holes with nut and bolt for wall attachment. The set screws stripped out!
* a better way of attaching ceiling support rod to ring that circles the shower curtain bar. I am afraid this will strip if tightened to much or slip if insufficiently tight.

These are design flaws. Customer service great. But goid customer service cant fix bad design.

I cannot give a review when I haven't received the faucet yet. We ordered it the first of December, and we are told that it won't be here till sometime in February.

The site was good and easy to use, but the items show to be in stock or do not say they are not and we were informed we would have to wait 2 months. They offered another product but I cannot give 5 stars, we have not received it even yet. ..

The product I purchased was not up to standard. It was Flimsy and cheaply made.

Very helpful when I called for information. Shipped quickly and arrived without damage.

The shower curtain I ordered was beautiful but rather than 48 holes had only 40, but was still a generous size and I was able to use it! The staff was very helpful with my questions, and assured me they would correct the information on their products and website.

Tub arrived on time and was in excellent condition. Looks beautiful.
Have not put in yet but I imagine it will be as good as the others I have purchased for my new builds.

I am very happy with the tub,but the sale of the tub was not professional. We just bought the tub because we want to pick our own fixtures. We were hot told the drain kit did not come with the tub. I called and complained and you send me out just the over flow cover and drain cover. Then my wife calls yesterday and you charge her more then $125.00. This is very upsetting when your sales person screwed up. We are going into the bath remodinging business and were going to buy our tubs from you and will buy them if you get this straightened out
