I ordered the claw foot cast iron tub on the phone with a very educated salesperson who was very helpful. It was delivered promptly and without a scratch. It looks so beautiful in person I can’t wait to enjoy this for years to come! Would highly recommend this company for quality and service .

ordered kitchen faucet on line . It was processed and shipped very quickly per your advertised delivery. Good job. I hired a professional plumber to inspect package of components and install the new unit. All threads were fitted with the white tape included. Upon turning on the water the faucet leaked very badly around faucet neck body. Discovered a crushed 0-ring. Online drawings did not show this o-ring. Actually there are two. Called customer service. Said detailed drawing and o-ring specification were not available . Customer service responded very quickly by immediately shipping replacement O-rings. upon installation by plumber it still leaks.

We remodeled both our bathrooms and wanted a medium sized, clawfoot bathtub for the master bathroom. We found the perfect size and shape tub on Vintage Tub's website and called them. They answered all our questions and we ordered the tub. It took about 3 weeks to get to us in Colorado but that was fine as we had much other work to do. The tub was delivered, the driver was extremely helpful.
I uncrated the tub and it was flawless! It was perfect, beautiful, smooth, shiny white finish, not a scratch or mark on it. It took minutes to put the legs on it. It sat perfectly level. Standard drain and faucets fit perfectly. I had to drill one center hole for the faucet in between the two valve/handle holes - no problem with a drill saw. My wife loves it! The grandkids will have a blast in it when they stay over. I would not hesitate to recommend Vintage Tub to anyone!

I love the look of our new tub and faucet. Everyone that walks in our remodeled bathroom immediately says “Wow!” I only thing, this tub is not meant for an elderly person, as it would be too difficult to get out of. I could only fit a 55” tub in the bathroom, so think about it if you’re 6 ft. tall.(I’m only 5’1”) We have 3 1/2 bathrooms, so guest do have options. This was not put in the master suite.

I am a contractor and have been buying products from vintage Tub for the last 4 years or more. Recent transaction was a disaster! Ordered Oil Rubbed Bronze finish free standing tub and received a chrome drain trim and a oil rubbed bronze pop up plate. I could have buy the correct finish pop-up drain online for $45 and did not need to spend the extra amount for upgrade if I knew they were only gonna swap the plate. Called and report the issue, manager never called me back. Sales person Mimi provided me the managers information so I tried to reach out to him and again nothing. Very disappointed. We will look for a different vendor!

The site had everything I was looking for to install an 1938 antique tub. It was easy to navigate. The quality of the items was worth the money. I would have given 5 stars but it took a month to receive my items. They were not special order items. I had to stop the work in the bathroom and wait for the delivery.

Good thing the product was solid and shipping went smoothly. I had two follow-up emails with their customer service teams summarily ignored.

I purchased the Victorian pedestal sink with matching toilet. its design is excellent, from the Victorian style to the mechanical ( only one gallon per flush). the quality of the casting is top tier and price was cheaper than my local home improvement stores ( if you can find the set at home improvement stores to compare ) . also I would like to say GOOD JOB to the shipping department. I was concerned that ordering just days before charismas could be problematic with the weight and the possibility of chipping the porcelain when delivery services are extremely busy. when I open the boxes I could see that my beautiful toilet and fantastic sink could probably have fallen off the truck and not been damaged.
I would suggest to anyone to put Vintage Tub at the top of your list when looking for high quality and out standing design.

Spent days trying to find faucets the would match, finally bought expensive strom faucets that said ships in 5-7 days , looks like I will not receive my faucets for more line 20+ days
