I have ordered my perfumes since 2 months and there’s no any action done for delivery and even customer service is not responding to my messages. Do not recommend this Co to anyone

This company is a big lier scammer and those customer service is a fraud. This vipbrands cheated customer never try to buy on their website..all of these people are lier

I have order a perfumes 11-10-2022 and has not delivered yet, as it’s seems it will not at all, and the really bad customer services they have and there are no choices even to cancel your order!!!
How many years more to wait for my perfume?

Do not shop with this company!!! I have placed an order July 2022 and still they tell me it is in shipping and I cannot get a refund! They will steal your money. Don’t buy from them. They’re customer service lie and will not tell the truth about the orders. Complete scam

I think they are Fraud. Just collecting the money. I bought many perfumes around 2 years back and the service was ok. However, now they are not responding, don't have a contact number and standard answer on emails saying that your shipment is with the shipping company and they will contact you. WHAT A WHINE! Must be very careful dealing with them. If anyone has their telephone contact details please post here.

They are a bunch of thieves, crooks, scammers. My order has been with them for 10 months and I always get the same stupid response that the shipment is on shipping and will be delivered soon. They took my money upfront and still no shipment

Never ever trust this website yes there was a time it was great and trusted but now just cheating website never ever trust this website at all. My order didn’t deliver for more than 10 months and every time simple one message from customer care Saying it’s stil under shipping company. Never ever order from this scamming company

DON T BUY FROM THESE THIEVES !!! They are cheating customers , they lie .
It used to be good 3 years ago !! Now you MUST not buy from them.
Report them to your bank , the bank will refund .

Its my second time i ordered vip brands... First time i received my order on time but this time.. Its been third month and waiting for my order.. Thats our hard earned money....there's no way to contact with them

I made my order in 09 sep 2021 and till now I did not receive the order.Today the date is 14/05/2022, I tried to contact VIP Support but they never gave satisfactory answer. I don't know why this time VIP Brands are doing these kind of activities... They are not giving refunds also... and very slow reply on Whats App... Email also useless. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS VIP BRANDS unless they fix

They are not reply to the whatsapp, they dont have phone numbers, i made an order and i didnt receive it.

I purchased 6 perfumes in February 2022 and I have not received anything, I have opened more than 4 tickets and also sent lots of messages and email but no response. I have tried everything and now I think I'll give up. Very bad practices from VIPBrands, i may request online website administrator or experts must take notice and help effect people in this regards.

For three months I waited for my order to be delivered. Until now, not even a tracking number. They said customs problems and I have to wait. but totally not acceptable. How could you expect buyers to wait for months. I am asking for a full refund, but they refuse. Total liars and thieves. How could these people still allowed to sell online. They should put them in jail for stealing money from people who put trust on them. What kind of people are you?
