VIP Brands are the scammers, please stay away from this website, i have ordered and paid for the products, they never answer my emails, or to whatsapp chats, no chance of getting my refund as well. So innocent people, dont go for the lucrative discount they are offering, its a trap from VIP Brands to simply get your money & escape.

I ordered 20 Aug 2021 and till date items not delivered.
Someone should ban this website and raise a report in cyber crime department.

Do not buy anything from this company. My order was on Jan 01/22 but until now nothing arrived. Pure scammers.

I ordered my items since 27/8/2021 until now I still didn’t receive my items yet. Keep texting the customer service WhatsApp but the answer still processing, transit in Dubai and now almost 4 months still transit.!!!

Worst Online Shopping Experience on VIP Brands
I made my order in July 2021 while staying in Bahrain and till now I did not receive the order. I tried to contact VIP Support but they never gave satisfactiry answer. I visited Turkey by chance and I wanted to catch up with VIP Brand company... They did not share their location. I still did not receive any reply from their side nore the order... I bought some products earlier in last years which came on time...

I dont know why this time VIP Brands are doing these activities... They are not allowing refund... and very slow reply on WhatsApp... Email also useless.

May I know how to apply MOI Turkey to stop this website if they have Fraudulent activities?

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE unless they fix their shipping problem.

Never ever buy anything on VIPBRANDS. Will lose ur money no return or get replica instead of genuine product . I am suffering a lot . Pathetic online shopping website

Will never recommend anyone nor i will buy from these scammers. About 2 months ago i made order and until now not received. Everytime i raise complain they say it's under shipment. Worst experience ever.

VIP Brands are FAKE, SCAM AND FRAUD.....
This is the worst experience i have ever had...ordered some perfumes since April 20221, make payment immediately and up until now i am yet to receive any of my order or refund...they even have to tell me when i complain to go to my bank and ask for refund...this is pure daylight fraud and scam....that is what VIP brands are

There are some hackers involved in this website. This website is totally fraud. I will recommend every body, please donot buy any thing from this website.

I ordered perfumes and after that my credit card was hacked. They bought tickets of around 2 thousand dollars from credit card.

So bad company and app I ordered on may 17 and i did not receive my order so far , I paid 500 QR and they also do not want to return the money, it's fake company no policy no tracking for the order and so bad follow up customer service.

I ordered and paid on 13th May and still not received. I contacted the customer support several times, every time they said we will update you within few days and no contact or response.
Totally scammers!! Very bad experience!!

Totally freud I ordered since 22 days and laterally the order didn’t update and no one contact me I contact the customer support they said it is in the route there answer since 20 days the same and the app no change no account in Twitter or Instagram worst experience ever.

I ordered over a month ago, I wish I would have read the reviews 1st.. tracking says it was delivered and I called the company they said it’s still in route… I managed to reach someone from the company and her said it’s still coming… my next thing it’s to claim fraud

Stay away from this company !!!!!!! Total scammers, items paid for but never received, whoever operates the WhatsApp number sprouts the same lines each time, items have shipped so can’t refund!
I ordered June 2nd & now July 7th items still not arrived! I have ordered in the past & items came within 2 Weeks, NEVER AGAIN !!! I will now speak to my bank about chasing a refund!!!
