Realy the worst company ever, since April 12, 2021 till now i haven’t received my order. always they told me you will receive it soon, i believe they dont know the meaning of the word soon. they even told me they cant give me my money back because the order is under process!!!!!!!!

This is the worst experience i have ever had...ordered some perfumes since Feb, make payment immediately and up until now i am yet to receive any of my order or refund...they even have to tell me when i complain to go to my bank and ask for refund...this is pure daylight fraud and scam....that is what VIP brands are
they are fake....dont go near them

I made order on 21 april, 2021 and up to today i did not receive 23 june , 2021.
They refused to payback money.
Do not get fooled like me

I have ordered perfumes since December 2020 and they did not ship the items and informed me that they donot have !! I have requested refund since Feb 2021 and have communicated several times with technical support and have sent many many emails without any response from their side

They are thieves and liars …until now I did not receive my refund only one reply received when complaint during 6 months the refund will be received soon….

Bad company and bad service now almost 3 months and still i didnt receive my order. The order was on 23 of feb and today 11 of may .

When i contact them in whatsapp they always give a same answer that the shipment will reach soon and they refuse to return my money.

Please everyone read this dont buy from this company.

worse company ever. Fake fake fake. I have ordered and paid and still did not get my order. 2 months and counting.

They are totally thieves, they get the money, deliberately cancelled the order and told me to speak with my bank if I wanted to complain...unbelievable. Order of course never received.

So more than one month and half and my order is still in the shipping? Is it shipped from the moon to the earth? Actually It would have reached much sooner!!

Scam company. Customer service procrastinating liars, I do not advise anyone to buy from them. A waste of time and money.

Smiply it is frauds. They take your money and that is it. You will never get your items or money.

I can’t believe how much of a fraud this company is!!! I have purchased two perfumes from them on JANUARY 29TH 2021 and now we are on APRIL 4TH and I still haven’t received the perfumes despite the fact the I paid the full amount in advance!!! And the funny thing is that they refuse to give you any kind of information about your shipment, not a tracking code, not which shipment company they are using and not even where is it now.
On top of that they refuse to offer a refund cause in their logic the Item went out ( which I highly doubt it) and doesn’t matter if I received it or not, so long that they don’t have it with them will be NO REFUND.
Stay away from this company if you read this, it’s my first time purchasing from an online store blindly without checking if it is a legitimate company or not and now I pay toll, they have raised all the red flags in my book from the terrible service to the even worse customer service where they either don’t reply for days or just copy paste what they wrote before with missed up grammar and it seems even if I received it (hopefully this year) all the other reviewers say that these are fake perfumes, so once again do yourself a favor and stay away from these SCAMS.

So I bought the set of three CREED perfumes and they are completely FAKE,I dont even know what they put inside the perfumes because after a few minutes theres no smell at all or you smell horrible.
All the three perfumes are fake and these are not testers as they say but some horrible money making scheme.
Please avoid buying from VIP BRANDS it's all fake perfumes .

IT'S FAKE!! BOTH THE PACKAGING & THE PERFUMES ARE HORRIBLE. PERFUMES SMELL DIFFERENT AND DOESN'T LAST FOR MINUTES!! THIEVES!!

I kept seeing the adverts on YouTube, and thought the woman seemed very sincere.

The service and the product are both bad.
Products are fake. I bought Chanel No.5. and the scent was appalling. Like something you'd buy at a petrol station.
I had the product for five days, unused. The bottle broke. I've never had any bottle break before, as the materials authentic firms use are well made. The bottle was thin and clearly not authentic.
Service. It took 22 days for the product to arrive.
Their standard answer to my complaint is there is 'no refund'.
