Scammed, purchased 2 Carabao cup tickets for 22nd March, nothing has arrived despite being told they would be sent 5 days before, no communication back from them.

What I don't get is that I should get my money back via the credit card company, but they are wasting my time and theirs.

Another Arsenal fan scammed out of £180 for 2 tickets for tomorrow. I really hope the person/people behind this get what they deserve. Gutted

Bought 4 tickets back on the 26th February from an advert on #Facebook and it says its partnered with #Carabao , surely #Wembley and the #FA must get involved. How many were scammed ???

Yes same as other reviews. Spent 320 for Carabao cup tickets. Never got them. Sent 4 messages and heard nothing back. Have reported to bank. Google AI now reporting this site is most likely a scam.

Total scam! Bought tickets for the Carbo Cup final that have failed to appear and have received no communication whatsoever. I have tried to contact them numerous times, no reply. Also, there is no number to call. Will be taking it further. Extremely disappointed.

Was promised tickets to be sent by Tuesday for Man City vs Arsenal and no tickets, they emailed to say tickets are secure and will be available, still nothing emailed again Keiron said his on holiday but tickets still secure, still no tickets and now no replies , lost £220 !

All seems legit until you don’t get your tickets request a refund from your bank immediately.

I checked on companies hours and the company is in liquidation since 2022.
No accounts filed.
So, it is a terrible scam.

DO NOT PART WITH ANY MONEY TO VIP-SEATS.CO.UK. It’s a total scam as confirmed by Manchester City Football Club. We just lost over £200 for tickets for the Caribou Cup. It’s an absolute disgrace and their website is still live!!! You have been warned!!!

Ordered 2 x tickets for Carabao Cup.

We're due on Wed but nothing. Tried emailing them and just get a out of office response.

I should of realised it was too good to be true.

I'm more gutted that I bought them for a very special person, who has stood by side since I suffered a stroke and brain hemorrhage.

Absolutely disgusted by this company. Purchased 2 tickets for the upcoming cup final on 22nd March as a birthday present for my son. Was assured i would be sent them by 17th March 5.30pm, received nothing!! Numerous emails sent to them to ask where they are, nothing showing on the site for me to download. They have not answered any email i have sent. I organised and paid for transport based on the purchase, hoping now i can get that also refunded. I have had to go to my bank now to try and get my money back through a claim. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, SCAMMERS TAKING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY !!!!!
