Like everyone else no tickets automated reply saying out of office will get back to you. No tickets have arrived will try and get a refund now. Very disappointed website should be shut down now !!

And I am one of many that bought tickets for Carabao Cup final to me and my son.
Unfortunately I see that is scam.
On my page on VIPSEATS I do have tickets with seat number and everything but they are not allocated.
One percent hope that they will be tickets Friday.

MY SON Ordered tickets for the Carabao cup for for his Dads birthday. Should have received tickets 5 to 7 days before, still nothing.
Emailed yesterday to have an email back saying out of office.
Emailed a further twice and just ignored.
Now looking at all the reviews it is obviously a SCAM.
PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY
YOU WONT RECEIVE THE TICKETS YOU PAID FOR.

My hubby ordered carabao cup final tickets on22/2 was promised tickets would arrive 7 days before match next email states 5 days still no tickets or response to emails. He was recommended this site through his boss so didn’t really investigate so wished I had. As no response yesterday for tickets we have asked for a refund and raised a dispute with the bank.

The site is a scam run by a company that is already in Liquidation , The director Fedor MAKAROV is listed all over the internet as a know scam artist (he is clearly not that good because he failed to hide his connection with this company . Google his name and read for yourself . DO NOT USE they have no tickets and have no intention of supplying

100% scam company. Bought carabao tickets and heard nothing from them. On companies house a director Mladen Blaga is reg’d to hundreds of dissolved companies. Avoid like the plague, I’ll be reporting to police.

This website is a scam. Do not use. Very disappointed and my 9 year old is devastated not to be going to the final on Sunday. This website needs to be shut down.

Purchased (well thought I had) 4 tickets for Arsenal v Man City and really responsive for the first day or two and then when tried to contact to see when I’d receive the tickets all I got was auto generated out of office emails and now disappeared of the face of the earth

Bought tickets that did not turn up after the company’s stated arrival time. No reply to mails. Transaction halted and dispute started. Avoid - SCAM.

Not a great experience, they sell football tickets that they don't own. When reported to the bank funds were refunded within an hour, we now have a very sad 8 year old who was excited to experience a once in a lift time experience

TOTAL SCAM! AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS. I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR AS THERE WAS NO OPTION OF NO STARS. ORDERED AND PAID FOR TICKETS. CONFIRMATION EMAIL SAID THEY WOULD BE SENT TO ME BY EMAIL 5 DAYS BEFORE THE GAME. THE EMAIL NEVER ARRIVED. I SENT 3 EMAILS AND EACH TIME THEY PUT THE DATE AND TIME OF DELIVERY BACK A DAY OR MORE FINAL EMAIL SAID TICKETS WOULD ARRIVE AT 'APPROXIMATELY 4.30' ON DAY OF GAME (KICK OFF WAS AT 8.00 THAT EVENING'). EMAIL AND TICKETS NEVER ARRIVED. TRIED CALLING PHONE NUMBER ON SITE MANY TIMES BUT NO ONE EVER ANSWERED IT JUST RANG. EMAILS WERE OBVIOUSLY CONSTRUCTED TO PERPETUATE THE ONGOING FRAUD, EVEN FROM A PERSONAL NAME (KEIRAN) AND ONE DAY BEFORE THE GAME PROMISING A 'GESTURE OF GOODWILL' OF £50 PAID BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD WHERE THE FULL CHARGE FOR THE TICKETS HAD ALREADY BEEN TAKEN. JUST LIKE THE TICKETS THAT REFUND NEVER APPEARED. IT WAS JUST A SCAM TO STRING ME ALONG. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! THEY SHOULD BE DONE FOR FRAUD. I HAVE CLAIMED A FULL REFUND THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

Site says 24/7 contact available but no numbers given. Tickets have not arrived and any email contact says Kieron is out of the office. Avoid at all costs.

Ive given it 1 star as I cant give it zero stars. I am yet to receive my tickets for the Arsenal vs Man city game and have had no communication from them. I will be reporting for fraud. Good job I paid with my credit card.

I bought two tickets to take my grandson to his first Liverpool game v Galatasary, I have recieved false information about when the tickets will arrive. The game is tonight and hey presto no tickets have arrived, understandably my grandson is upset and me I am just very angry at these con men. They have stopped answering my emails and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this cowboy company like the plague. It appears that they spin the same shite to everyone about a £50 refund etc etc. they should be reported to the police for fraud.

Absolutely shocking experience with this company.

I paid a significant amount for tickets to a major match and was repeatedly assured they would be delivered on time. Not only did the tickets never arrive, but I was left sitting in Manchester on match day with nothing—no tickets, no proper communication, and no accountability.

It’s clear this company cannot be trusted to deliver what they sell.

If you’re thinking of buying from them—don’t. Save yourself the stress, the wasted of money and time, and the risk of being completely let down.
