This company is a scam , i purchased tickets and they have never appeared. Do your self a favour and dont waste your time .

Bought Chelsea v PSG tickets for my son’s birthday. Was a bit wary about buying the tickets from this site initially but saw some good reviews and thought the website looked legit. Once purchased I did some further research and it seemed this company wasn’t legit. I emailed them asking when I would get tickets and received a response which I thought was promising! They confirmed I would receive the tickets the day before the game at a specific time, they didn’t arrive. I emailed them back and received a response giving me a later time in the day which the tickets never arrived. On the day was told we will get the tickets at 5.30pm and a goodwill gestures of a £50 refund will be made. The match was at 8pm tickets didn’t arrive and when I followed up on email received an out of office and no further response. Do not buy tickets from this website!

Big scam .Stay away from it as you’ll get skimmed like me.Bought tickets for Chelsea-PSG ,and no sign of them.Loads of reassuring emails that they will come,even offered a £50 refound for late delivery(witch never happened).They will be reported.

This website is a complete scam. I bought two tickets for a Chelsea FC Champions League match after being misled by their highly convincing Instagram ads and fake looking positive reviews and was promised delivery one day before the game. They then delayed it to match day and even offered a £50 “goodwill” refund to keep me from getting suspicious which is clearly part of their tactic. On the actual day, they completely stopped responding and never sent the tickets. The match came and went and we were left with nothing after paying in full. This is not bad service, this is outright fraud and deliberate deception. I have reported this to Action Fraud and will be pursuing a chargeback. Do not trust this site under any circumstances. The reviews are fake and you will lose your money.

This is a scam website, none of the tickets are real and you can tell by the ridiculously low prices. Do not buy.

All the 5 star reviews have come on two separate days with all the users suspiciously buying from India. Clearly purchased reviews.

I jave paid for 2 tickets for Man City vs Real Madird game. 5 days before the game I have contacted them through e-mail, only way of contact, to ask why I haven't received my ticktes. I had a reply saying that there has been a delay with the tickets allocations, and I will receive my tickets a day before the match. I haven't received any ticket and they don't answer any more to the e-mails.

Do not buy from this website it’s a complete scam and I don’t actually think it’s Kieron sat behind the computer screen waiting for allocation to be released 🫣 if they have got you, just ring your bank and you get a straight refund

When I bought this, I saw the 2.2 star review on trustpilot, and still waited till today to see whether it would be a scam or not. I’m not going to lie, I was a bit foolish as well, they’re selling the Manchester City vs Real Madrid tickets for the same price as some other tickets of some bad teams. please please please don’t fall into the same trap that i did - the website looks really well developed and everything, but i found out the hard way, at first they’ll send emails saying your ticket will arrive later than the original date, and then they’ll claim to even to send you back £50 on the day before, just so that you don’t cancel your bank transaction if you only just bought the ticket. Trust me it’s not worth it just buy it elsewhere it saves you the sadness when you get there. I waited all week for this, and to be honest the signs were pretty clear. look, you might just read this as another review but please don’t be tricked by their fake reviews and beautiful website - it’s all part of the hoax. i beg you don’t do the same thing as us

I recently purchased football tickets from VIP-Seats for £276 to watch Chelsea vs PSG and unfortunately had a very poor experience.

I was initially told the tickets would be delivered 3 days before the match, but on the day they still hadn’t arrived. After contacting them, I was promised delivery by 5pm Monday , then another email said 4pm the day of the game however I didn't want to risk travelling to London and still not getting the tickets, the email also stated they would refund me £50 for the delay.

Neither the tickets nor the promised refund ever arrived.

When I requested a full refund, I was told it could take up to 10 working days, which didn’t give me much confidence given everything that had already happened. I ended up contacting my bank and had to raise a claim to get my money back, which thankfully was successful.

Overall, I found the communication inconsistent and the promises not fulfilled. Based on my experience, I would advise others to stay away from this site and do not use!!

Scammers Do Not Buy, persistent emails sent for my ticket for the Chelsea v Paris Saint Germain for tonight 17/03/26. Was told my ticked would be emailed to me at 5:00pm on the 16th March and please rest assured that your seats are fully secured and valid for entry, and your tickets will 100% be sent to you as soon as the allocation is released to them. After another 2 email queries (as you cannot contact them directly) there has been no further correspondence or explanation from VIP-Seats. Scammed me out £80

They are a scam. They said I would receive my ticket for Chelsea v PSG game five days to the match and I didn’t receive it. They emailed me a day to the game, promising I would receive it in email at 4:30pm and still didn’t send it. They did not reply to my email. I booked hotel and train from West Midlands. I am now in London and I don’t have a ticket to watch the game.

I booked tickets through VIP seats last week with a promise that I would have my tickets around 7 days before the match. Well, the match is this Sunday, the 22nd March, and still no tickets. I have had ok communications up to this point, with a guarantee that I will get my money back if the tickets do not arrive.
They do have some positive reviews; however, they seem to be by Indian people who aren't even in the UK.
I am able to log on to my account, and it shows my purchase; however, I cannot click on it to download. I have requested a refund, and I am hoping for the best. I wouldn't risk it, if you are thinking about it.

It is a scam and you will not receive your tickets.I am still waiting to get my refund and they are not helping me at all.Avoid as much as possible.
