Horrible support and absolutely scammers. They sell incomplete scripts and require you to contact their support who know nothing and always ask for access to your hosting. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM.Very bad support service, very rude. Their software has problems instead of helping you they respond as if only they exist as a service. I recommend not to buy anything from them!

Viserlab is a scam.They have partial working scripts that then leave you forced to pay them more

Horrible service, locked demos so that you cant check the bugs. When you seek help they will close your ticket or ask for money like 1500$ to fix some button issues that they had in their script!

Support Team Is the Worst
I've never written a review about any kind of service in my life, no matter how bad the service was. However, this support team is on a whole new level. They don't provide reliable solutions, and on top of that, they are highly unprofessional when it comes to communicating with clients.

The is always an issue with their scripts. I have been using their script for almost 4years now. and the is always a problem. they put high cost to renew support knowing you will always come for support. Am sure positive reviews here are for new client or fake.

My experience with ViserLab has been nothing short of a nightmare. I recently purchased the WHMLab script from CodeCanyon, only to discover that it was riddled with bugs and completely unusable. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue through their customer support, I was met with nothing but frustration and disrespect.

After months of back-and-forth communication and numerous tickets submitted to their support team, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. Not only did ViserLab refuse to refund my money for the faulty script, but they also responded to my inquiries with rude and offensive language, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their customers.

It is unacceptable for a company to treat its customers in such a manner, especially when they are at fault for selling defective products. The fact that ViserLab not only failed to deliver a working script but also insulted and demeaned me in their correspondence is appalling and reflects poorly on their business practices.

I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from ViserLab to think twice and explore alternative options. Their lack of integrity, poor quality products, and disrespectful customer service make them a company to avoid at all costs.

Team that can’t do good job. They don’t speak good English, so they don’t understand the work that need to be done. Waste of money and time. Do not recommend purchase any service from them, specially modify something, because they will not complete the job as it should be and they will not toke responsibility for this. One year ago, their team chef was good, but now there are one called NAHID is very rude and unprofessional, should be fired.

Viserlab appears to be a scam. I have never heard of this company, I do not, and have not ever had an account with them. I do not have a small business. Somehow $20.20 was deducted from my banking account under their name. I have no associations with this company. I do not know how they were able to take my money. I tried "contacting" them through their email portal (there's no phone number to call them) and have not had a response.
