I cant thank James enough for his help in getting us back up and running with our solid works. our computer broke and a new hard drive had to be fitted
which meant our programs had been lost. as I didn't have the yearly support package I thought I had lost solidworks. I thought I would send an email and see what response I would get. to my delight I received an email first thing the next morning from James with details of how the download and install solidworks.

The support from Visiativ when I was having problems activating my 3Dexperience account was excellent. Mark was patient, clear, helpful and good-humoured, solving my issue, and sharing tips and tricks along the way.

Windows 10 reinstalled and hence required a new SolidWorks 2024 installation. I was having problems with this and the support team [ especially James] came to the rescue.
Professional and excellent product knowledge throughout the process.
Would recommend the team and product to anyone considering SolidWorks.

Had a major problem with my SolidWorks. Stopped loading halfway through and froze.

Visiativ were recommended to me by a supplier, when my company was considering whom to instruct on claiming for R&D tax relief.

I had worked with an alternative company doing similar in the past, whom had performed OK for me twice previously; but I dreaded the process. It was long, arduous and time consuming, and I felt like I was doing all the work for someone else to take a cut, just for being ICAEW.

This didn't seen fair, so when I heard about Visiativ, I simply thought 'why not'.

I don't regret the decision at all. Their fees/terms were very fair (especially for a small but growing business), but what really set them apart was the ease of the process.

Rather than spending several hours' valuable time compiling and writing the necessary report, Visiativ took all of the effort out of this. They did so via simply conducting a Zoom call (less than 1 hour), and doing their own necessary research upon us and our industry to fill in any blanks.

I was dubious that they would hit the brief, what with our industry being quite so esoteric. How wrong I was - the report compiled hit the nail on the head, and quite astutely highlighted exactly what it was which would be necessary to support our successful claim.

All this left me to do was fill in the numbers, which is the comparatively easy part of the process. And even that is simplified by the pro-forma spreadsheet they provide to assist with this.

We have now submitted two successful claims with HMRC via Visiativ, and will be submitting a third shortly. I have little doubt it will be just as streamlined a process this third-time around.

All that is left to say is... highly recommended!

SOLIDWORKS training was very easy to follow and in-depth. The sales team were responsive and great at helping me choose a course to suit my needs
