Terrible company with shady business practices
Very poor experience. The service was expensive, the quality of their content was so bad we had to create our videos in house - though we were still charged for their services. We were told we could update the video 3 times per year but each time we sent in a new video it would take 4-8 weeks for them to upload it (making it fairly irrelevant for seasonal updates). We were glad when the 2 year term was over until we realized that the contract was set to autorenew. We felt mislead by the sales person who said we would be contacted to discuss renewal terms - no contact was made - just an additional $2,700 charge for another year of garbage service with no identifiable ROI. They even moved the location of the kiosk from the main lobby to a low traffic area of the hotel. If you're considering doing business with Vistavue but haven't yet signed the contract - RUN. And thank your lucky stars you prevented a nightmare.

Your customer care team says the same thing you did - you signed the contract. The contract doesn’t say we need to provide a quality service. It doesn’t have any service delivery markers at all. It covers the advertisers legal liability to pay over a long period of time with long lead cancellation notices and an auto renew policy. No customer satisfaction built into your model - it is only about how much money you can legally squeeze out of your customers.

We do not recognize the service as you have described. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a detailed response as we have not been able to identify an account associated with your username. We would encourage you to contact us directly so we can review your case properly.
All elements of the campaign, including pricing, contract terms, and renewal conditions, are clearly set out and agreed upon at the outset. The contract also explicitly outlines the cancellation process, including the 18-month period in which notice can be provided to prevent the agreement from rolling beyond its initial term. We always recommend that clients take the time to fully review and understand these terms.
Advertising performance will naturally vary depending on a number of external factors, and no campaign can guarantee a specific return on investment.
