I prepaid $4,500+ for a hotel advertising program after being told it included hotel collaboration, QR/digital catalog exposure, proactive coordination, and a clear campaign start date.
In reality, those features were never implemented at the property, the initial ad creative caused long delays, and I lost the entire summer tourist season. After months of follow-up, the start date was adjusted but no refund was offered.
One additional note for business owners: the auto-renewal and cancellation terms require close attention and were not as straightforward as I expected.
My takeaway:
• Get all promises in writing
• Independently verify hotel-side integrations
• Avoid prepaying in full
• Carefully review renewal terms

My experience with this company has been extremely stressful.
I felt pressured during the sales process, particularly around how my signature was obtained. The verbal discussion I had at the time did not match what I later saw written in the contract, and my understanding of what I was agreeing to was very different from the terms that were subsequently relied upon.
Afterwards, I raised a formal complaint about the representative’s conduct. I asked the company to provide evidence of any investigation or findings, however I have not received anything that reassures me this was looked into.
I also had concerns about payment. The amount later pursued appeared to be significantly higher than what I believed had been discussed, and my card was charged for a deposit that, from my perspective, was more than I had understood or authorised at the time.
When I attempted to clarify matters, communication became increasingly difficult. Rather than feeling that my questions were being answered, I instead received what I considered to be threatening correspondence.
In particular, I was sent what was described as a Letter Before Action. After taking legal advice, I was informed that the letter did not appear to meet the usual expectations of pre-action conduct but more like a pressure tactic.
Although I initially sought legal advice, I decided to try to deal with the situation myself due to the ongoing pressure and the potential cost of continuing to involve solicitors.
Despite me making it clear in several emails that my solicitor was no longer instructed, I was surprised to later receive contact from my former solicitor advising me that the company had continued to approach him (and in his words, he was being hassled by them). I had already explained multiple times that he no longer acted for me, so this added further stress and confusion to an already difficult situation.
I want to be clear that this review is simply my honest account of my own experience and how the situation has affected me. It is not intended to be defamatory. It explains why I felt I had no option but to seek independent legal advice and report the matter to Action Fraud for guidance.

The step by step process of how this works made this very customer centered/friendly. Our final video made us very excited about how the final product was going to look! Pooja, our customer service manager, personally called us to see if we were happy with our final video and explained the timeline of when the video will be available on site. Utter scam avoid at all costs! Unfortunately we didnt read the reviews before engaging with Vistavue. We are experiencing exactly the same as other 1star reviews. Incorrect and delayed artwork, not advertising as agreed, missing emails, no answer on the phone the list goes on and on. Totally mis-sold but apparently because they have an agreement there hands are tied and they cannot cancel. Taking advantage of small businesses by selling the dream but under delivering and not fulfilling any obligations. I cannot STRESS ENOUGH DO NOT ENGAGE WITH VISTAVUE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
