From the initial consultation, the sales process was informative, relaxed and professional. They took the time to explain all of the options available, offered helpful advice, and made choosing the right blinds for my new home really straightforward.

I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything happened. Within just two weeks they were back to fit the blinds throughout the house.

The fitting team were fantastic – friendly, courteous and clearly very experienced. Their attention to detail was excellent, and they left everything clean and tidy once the installation was complete.

The quality of the blinds is superb, and they've completely transformed my new home. I genuinely couldn't be more pleased with the end result.

The service was excellent, we had a minor issue with the blind. The fitters came back the same day, took the blind away, rectified the issue and refit the blind the same day.

Really satisfied with my recent blind installation. It was all so easy from them coming out to booking in for fitting. I also doubted my discussion and customer service was great and I am really happy with how they look.
On the morning of fitting it only took 30 mins to fit 3 blinds.

Can’t fault visual blinds one bit. Have used them in multiple properties now. We’ve had wooden slat blinds, roman blinds and a pelmet and curtain made from them. Really quick turnaround and the fitting guys are always quick, friendly and professional.

The installation process went very well, the staff are excellent and really thoughtful and accommodating.

The guys that came to fit the blinds were on time, explained to me exactly what they were going to do, and the finished product looks amazing! They even made sure that they fully tidied up after themselves before they left.

Visual Blinds are a fantastic company, the standard of Blinds are amazing, great quality and great price too. I have them in my holistic treatment room, I really appreciate the time they took to talk me through what would look best in there and the fitters were brilliant. 5 star ⭐️ from me I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get blinds fitted but are unsure on what to choose! Brilliant service, wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Came to measure up and was very polite and not pushy on us actually purchasing the blinds, explained the pricing and gave me a colour chat ect.. he even could get us in the same week which I thought was brilliant! The two guys who came to actually fit the blinds again were so polite even double checking if they can wear shoes in the house and when I offer them a cup of tea was so thankful which I thought was a nice touch as I thought it was a small gesture! 100% recommend to anyone who wants amazing blinds at good value prices! The best price I’ve seen but the staff really made this business leave a good impact on me :)

I have used Visual Blinds several times. The most recent for new Remote Control Roller Blinds in recenly fitted new kitchen. Previously for new Perfict Fit Blinds in conservatory after having solid roof fitted ( had Vertical Blinds in there also by Visual ). Can highly recommend from measuring to fitting, very professional staff. Will certainly use again when other window blinds are being replaced, which Visual also fitted.
