It’s a scam, the D30 Viper XS/S protectors that Vital Beat sell at a high profit are actually motorcycle back protectors which can be bought for around £30-40 /€35-45. Richa and Furygan are some of the brands available.
And anyone can buy and sew a pocket in a shirt for far less than the costs of their shirts.

Rapid delivery, quick and personal reply to emails and a great product - I received a glancing blow from a cricket ball the first time of using it and barely felt a thing. Thoroughly recommend for those looking to get more confidence back around impact/contact sports.
It was also recommended by my cardiology team.

Thaddeus was great. He was quick reliable. Even made my son shirt custom since he is a baseball player one of the better experiences.

Everything good so far with delivery and size but The test for me is when hockey season starts in a few months so I haven't used it yet. Check with me then...thanks ...bob

I have been looking for a pacemaker protector for my 24 years old son since November 2024, and first contacted a company in the US who never replied to me. I am very impressed by Vital Beat's level of service, and the quality of the product they supply. I find Vital Beat to be extremely professional, Thadeo answered my inquiry promptly and detailed. He gave me sufficient information to feel comfortable to place an order immediately.
Once the order was placed with them, it was processed very quickly, and we received it in South Africa a couple of weeks later.
It changed my son's life in a positive way as he was able to play football again and carry on with his lifelong passion (sport, football, surf..). He has played a few soccer matches and he finds the device is comfortable to wear and gives him peace of mind. We bought 2 shirts, one black for sport and one white for smart events like music festivals...etc. The extra effort and packaging with all the inserts and information provided was really appreciated. It is early days, but we are very happy having found Vital Beat! Thank you to Vital Beat for making such a device available to us.

wore my shirt with the protectors last night at aikido and felt fairly safe; the shirt is a little snug and would like a next size shirt at some point, but all arrived well....FedeX tho, couldn't find my address and it took two days of "verifying" if my address was "real." I never had that happen with any delivery; I would switch delivery service, if I were you....

Vital Beat is very attentive and the custom shirt first perfectly. I use it while boxing and it goes unnoticed while training which is great.

Great communication with Thadeo. I was unaware that I had ordered the shirt without the shield. I had an email from him explaining and he cancelled my order for me and made sure I was refunded. I also received a follow up email to check that I had received it.
