Your original parcel was held up at Italian customs, and despite our tracking updates, it unfortunately did not move for several days. To make this right, we immediately arranged for a replacement shipment via DHL Express at no extra cost, covered your customs payment in full once it was charged, and stayed in close contact until the new parcel was safely delivered.
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this delay. While customs checks are unfortunately outside our control, we take full responsibility for ensuring your order arrives as expected, and I’m glad we were able to resolve everything promptly in the end.

I’d like to confirm what we discussed: your parcel went through several failed delivery attempts before being redirected to a pickup point far from your address. We recognise how frustrating this was and completely understand your disappointment with how difficult it was to contact them directly. Although SEUR was responsible for local delivery, we made the decision to use them, and we take full responsibility for your experience.
Throughout this process, we stayed in daily contact, worked directly with DPD and SEUR on your behalf, and offered to cover the cost of a taxi to collect the parcel or issue a full refund if this was preferred. Once your package was received, we processed a goodwill refund to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.
We’re truly sorry for how difficult this was and are already testing an alternative courier service (Correos) to improve our deliveries in Spain going forward.

Shipping cost too high for 5 stars
Great supplement! Originally I gave 2 stars because I didn't realize how much the shipping to Germany cost until after I bought it (my mistake), and I reasoned that I can't recommend the product to anyone in Germany due to the high DHL prices. Changed the review to 4 stars due to excellent customer service, and I will 100% change this review to 5 stars when that German distribution center opens up!

Great products! I'm using Berberine, NMN, Pterostilbene, Fisetin, Glynac and TMG, and they're all great products! I live in Sweden, and the shipment took just 2 days. The reason I'm not buying from Swedish online shops is because VitalityPro's products are all tested and certified by an independent third-party company.
