I used Vito taxis to take me and my dog to the ferry terminal yesterday morning. The experience was very positive from start to finish. Booking on line was straightforward and communication throughout was excellent. It was clear the company would be reliable and get me there on time, which they did. Mike, the driver was a lovely young man, friendly, courteous and professional.
Also, the company did not have any problems with me travelling with a dog (a well behaved cocker spaniel), unlike many other taxi firms I have encountered. I would definitely recommend Vito taxi transfer.

Booked the taxi for my daughter, who I care for. very helpful, took the worry away from me.

Had a great experience with Tom. Travelling is always stressful and particularly the airport drop off / collection, stressing about whether a driver turns up or not!

Tom was a great communicator, we were reassured by his open communication, his professionalism. He committed to turning up early and did, was supportive in organising us and all our luggage in and out of the vehicle.

The vehicle was exactly as we’d expected, spacious and in great condition.

Along the route Tom kept us informed of the situation with traffic and the jams we faced on the motorways again helping us not to stress about being late.

A great service overall and one I’ll definitely use again, worth every penny.

Brilliant service took me and group of friends to my sons boxing event. Was very friendly and social making the experience more personal.
