Friendly, quick, and professional service
I found the part I was looking for from Google and it took me to vivid racing. Made an account, thought about it for a day and decided to pull the trigger on it. Thanks to support, I felt comfortable pulling the trigger on it because I was able to have my price matched and get a status on when the item would ship. I found the phone number on the website and called it right away, my phone call was answered in just a couple button presses in very few seconds of waiting.

I had an extremely positive experience with Chris K. During our brief order-interaction over the telephone he was very knowledgeable, quite pleasant, helpful, and confident. I spun the wheel on the Vivid Racing website to get 5% off of my order. I contacted VR by phone and got lucky enough to reach Chris K as my salesperson. Less than 5 total minutes of quick Q&A and supplying him with my discount code and the order was set into place. Chris K shortly followed-up with an email indicating that DHL would deliver my order from England. I was supplied with a tracking number through Chris and DHL notifications were soon to follow. I was able to track my item from the manufacturer in England all the way to my doorstep until it was delivered in JUST 2 DAYS to New Jersey!! At first Chris K advised that it could take about a week to receive my order. But to have the item delivered through customs from overseas in just 2 days, well I was quite impressed to say the least. Awesome job Chris K!! I will definitely be doing further business with you & Vivid Racing in the future. Thanks again! A++
