It is very complicated to install and much more complicated to dial. Even people dialing my Number tell me it takes more than 10 seconds to get a line, but after that communication is fine.

I recently sign up for 011 Global service. I had a problem with the phone and called on Saturday for assistance. I received world class service from Glauce who was professional to the point and very knowledgeable. She was able to give me a fast resolution and was extremely nice throughout the process . Thank you Glauce for exceeding my expectations and the 5 star service level.

I don't know what happened
I don't know what happened, but the messages took a while to arrive. I had to request several of them because they weren't coming through, and I kept asking and asking, but they still didn't come. Finally, about 5 or 6 messages came all at once. So I posted the last one, and then I was able to use it, but I don't know what happened because it took so long to arrive—both in the app and in my email.
