Today I opened an account with 011 Global/#Vnumber and Darío helped me out during the process. He has been very helpful and easy to reach via WhatsApp, email and phone call whenever I had a question.

Does not work at all, I am not able to make a single call, WhatsApp better, I hope you reimburse, as you promised, at least the 11 months since I will not be able to use your application, besides it is not a friendly user.

To clarify, outgoing calls are supported only in countries where we have local access numbers available. At this time, Bolivia is not one of the supported countries, which is why outgoing calls cannot be placed from there. This is not something we advertise as available for that location.
Your plan still supports incoming calls and SMS, which is the main use case for many customers (such as receiving bank verification codes).
Regarding your request, the remaining 11 months have already been refunded as requested.
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out. We’re continuously working on expanding coverage and improving the service.

Amazing customer service experience.. leticia was so pleasant and helpful. When getting one of these second line apps , one of the most important aspects is customer support and service. That set this company apart from the other voip numbers. Feels much more legitimate.
