Today, I signed up for a phone number service and was charged $9.99. However, I did not receive any confirmation email.
I tried to access the customer area, but it says that I am not registered. Meanwhile, the money has already been taken from my account.

VNumber is Amazing on All Fronts!
After Skype announced it was shutting down, I needed to find a company that could port the number I had been using for eight years. My biggest priority was being able to receive SMS verification codes from banks and other services.
I spent an unreasonable amount of time researching alternatives. I even signed up with a couple of providers, only to discover they could not port my number at all and their customer support was basically nonexistent. They also had huge restrictions on receiving SMS codes via text.
Then I found VNumber.
Not only did they successfully port my Skype number, they did it even though it had already expired four weeks earlier. Their customer service has been outstanding. I had real live support through WhatsApp and very fast replies by email. I never felt stuck or ignored. No endless encounters with AI or messages that never got returned. Real people! How about that?!?
Receiving SMS verification codes has been flawless. Everything works exactly as it should.
Pricing is also very fair. If you choose a three month plan or longer, it is roughly the same cost as keeping the number with Skype used to be per year.
This company genuinely saved me from losing a number I had used for years. I could not be happier with VNumber.

Excellent customer service and fast porting
VNumber solved my problem perfectly my old VoIP service couldn't receive SMS, but VNumber handles both calls and SMS flawlessly.
