This proved to be a very complex OS system, totally unsuitable. Calling was ok, he pressed SOS as it was too complex to txt or call, Consternation for the family. Thank God for the hammer he used to demolish this utter piece of crap!

Everything that could have gone wrong has in my time with Vodaphone. The customer service is absolute bollocks, good luck communicating your point! Wait on the phone for 40 minutes to talk to someone every time, spend another 30 making sure they understand what you are asking, only to recieve a confirmation email entirely different from your request. PLEASE, 'One NZ' spend the extra $1 and hire some competent employees. That don't just pretend to understand and "offer a solution" with there fingers crossed its relevant. I moved to australia and wanted to keep my NZ Number, I had lost the sim since being over here, so rung and asked them to send a replacement and switch to pre pay. IE Cancel the current plan as I was not using the phone and racking up heaps of debt. I was sure the lady knew wtf I was asking and said my replacement SIM would arrive in a few weeks. Now, MONTHS later, my mother plugs it in so I can receive a verification code..... turns out I have a new NZ number and a $55 plan that has been running for months without my knowledge!
I called to cancel a plan so Im not sure how I ended up with a more expensive plan, given they knew I had moved to Australia and wasn't going to be using it - that I just wanted to keep the number going for my return. Now I think back and go.. how on gods green earth did they come to that conclusion? There is no way I was THAT unclear. I am honestly baffled and this is just one of the 7000 issues and shit customer service I have experienced with One nz. Could not disreccomend more x

Worst customer service and most expensive mobile plans in NZ. I regret being a customer for over 9 years dealing with frustration from customer service and paying so much for years. I moved to another provider and pay less than half the price for exactly the same package and excellent customer service.

I regret choosing Vodafone as my internet provider. The connection has been nothing short of a nightmare. Constant disruptions, slow speeds, and an unreliable connection have made it impossible to work, stream, or even browse the web.
The customer service is equally disappointing. Long wait times, vague responses, and no real solutions. I’ve called multiple times, but the issues persist.
I don’t recommend Vodafone to anyone who needs a stable internet connection
WI-Fi dongle contract
I took out a dongle contract with Vodaphone which Currys told me I could cancel at any time. My payments were taken on the 10th of the month. I phoned them on the 1st December to cancel the dongle as I am moving on the 9th to a house with a fixed wifi contract so will not need the dongle. I was firstly connected to a chat bot which as usual asked me stupid questions which had no relevance to my case so I asked to be puth through to an actual human advisor. He was only able to keep saying that I had to give them 30 days notice. After much toing and froing he passed me on to the cancellation department who didn't seem to have the power to change their system so what on earth is the point of them. When I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction they then passed me on to their care team. And what a misnomer that is ! Not only did their care team not say anything different to the other two but they cared so much that they cut me off before I was finished and then sent me a customer service survey. Customer service with Vodaphone is a myth. I would caution anyone to have any dealings with them whatsoever as it took up two hours of my time dealing with a company whose systems are so inflexible they cannot be overridden. I would also caution against taking one of their mobile dongles because not only does it take an age to connect, which suggests poor coverage but even when it does, it is very erratic and unstable. This is not a company that I would recommend for any kind of contract. If I could have given them no stars I would have.
Excellent customer service
Went to the Shrewsbury Vodaphone store and was served by Chelsea. Would highly recommend a visit there due to her extensive knowledge and helpfulness - she got me a better deal, a newer phone and even set it all up for me. I asked loads of questions and nothing was too much trouble.

i stated i need 2 boosters. 1 could be supplied, but any more had to be asked for after i had signed new contract. i dont trust companies. previous 2 providers terrible, 1 i took to court and won, 2nd settled after knowing of court case. i said there had to be a way that

I have Zzoomm broadband
I have Zzoomm broadband, which is great so far. But Vodafone, for reasons I don't know, issued a SOR reference to take over that account.
As Zzoomm suggested, I contacted Vodafone by its useless chat system to try to find what was going on.
Vodafone was absolutely dreadful, couldn't trace the reason for issuing the SOR, couldn't talk to me, or keep chats, because I didn't have an account. (Why should I have had? I didn't want to have Vodafone.)
Giving up on chat, I tried telephone. They hide the number on purpose: it's a sort of game they play. When you get the phone number, you find that the queue is about an hour long.
It reminds me of my experience with TalkTalk, only just worse.

Rude advisors
I had a problem in making calls, ie, I couldn’t phone anybody. So I got in touch with an advisor using my son’s phone. After going through the issues that I was having, the advisor could not help me with the issues. I asked him for his name, but after telling me several times (he was a foreigner) and I could not understand him, so he put the phone down on me.

Falmouth branch in Cornwall. I successfully returned a phone and planned on walking out with a new one that day. I almost did but the system that they are using didn’t work properly. We were in there for around 2-3 hours trying and trying. But it didn’t work.
The staff in there are lovely, very helpful and patient. But the system failed them and the company. Very very very frustrating throughout the whole experience and I didn’t even leave with a phone. I had to go and order it MYSELF AT HOME, even though I went out of my way to go INTO THE STORE to fix it.
Upgrade the system for god sake. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me or my family (who are all with Vodafone) over the last 5 years. We only go to the Falmouth branch.
