Moved into a property and they are…

Moved into a property and they are blocking us taking over the internet here and refusing to accept that the old tenant has left. This has left us unable to open our business.

Hi Charles, we are not your telecoms providers, you have mistakenly given us this review, the company you need is V Telecom, the reason why I know this is because BT openreach Engineers also have our contact details against jobs allocated for Vtelecom, we have tried for over a year to get this corrected with BT Wholesale but to no avail. Please verify this against your bill, will appreciate it if you could respond here once clarified.
