Total Shambles

I ordered a video bar for Next day delivery, they took the £1194.63 off my card, that evening I recieved a text to say it was out of stock, they offered me an alternative if I paid another £300, I paid the extra £300 and they Guaranteed me next day delivery, later that day I recieved another text saying that the replacement was also out of stock but if I paid a further £220 they would send me a better model. I declined and they are processing a refund. I did not want to pay over £1716 for a media bar. I have now bought one of Amazon

Hi Mariwan, firstly i would like to apologies for the inconvenience caused with the order you had placed, it was a special order product and had a lead time of up to 2 weeks, which means it usually ship within 1-2 weeks however on this occasion it was delayed due to reasons beyond our control.
as per your request we refunded you in full.
