Had our 10 year old vokera gas boiler fixed by Brian. We thought we might have to fork out for a new boiler which we were so worried about, but Brian had it fixed and serviced in about an hour. He is a brilliant engineer and is so thorough. My husband booked over the phone with Anita in their office and everything was seamless. I would highly recommend this service and will definitely be booking with them directly in future for the annual service. Very happy customer

Had a problem with my five year old Vokera boiler and got in touch with Anita through their web site. She was very professional and sent Phil out to sort the issue. We had no heating or hot water Phil identified the issue straight away and more importantly carried the necessary spare parts in his van. Up and running again in no time. Thank you both.

I'm going to be very predictable and like all the other reviews praise Brian for his professionalism, his brilliance and his likeability. While we have a Vokera boiler, we had it serviced twice in the past year by another very well known organisation. That was a mistake. I then read the reviews on Trustpilot and realised we should have gone directly to Vokera. Everything that you read about Brian is true! And I would like to give a special mention to Mary in the Vokera office who was very helpful too.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Brian who was able to identify a fault with my boiler that had gone unnoticed by other engineers. It was not an easy find, but Brian's persistence and attention to detail really stood out. A very nice guy to talk to and someone who obviously takes pride in and enjoys the work he does. I appreciated how he talked through the steps to identify the issue and how he shared his knowledge.

I called the office to report my broken boiler - would not ignite when I turned it on after being off all summer so have had no heating. Brian the engineer has just given the boiler a complete overhaul and the heating is back! Brian was professional and clearly knowledgeable as he explained the work he carried out thoroughly. I would highly recommend him and Vokera to all going forward. I am a very happy customer :)

Brian serviced my gas boiler this morning and did an excellent job! He is meticulous with detail and he takes great pride in his work. This is rare in today's world. He explains his work as he carries out the service. This is very beneficial as I always learn something that I didn't know before! I am most grateful to Brian. I would highly recommend him. Quick response on booking a boiler service appointment. Brian who came to service the boiler was so nice and knowledgable, also gave me a few tips! He also replaced a part for the boiler which were causing a leak during the visit. Mary was so helpful on the phone throughout the service. Brilliant service. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied customer here. I have been a regular customer of Vokera over the past few years. My boiler was leaking and not holding water. I scheduled a repair and their engineer Brian was very helpful and explained everything about available options on the day and he also made sure that I was happy with the option that I have chosen. Brian was an absolute gentleman to deal with. He obviously is an expert in his field. I previously had an engineer from board gais out who told me I needed a new boiler as the pcb board was gone and also the fan after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment. There was nothing wrong with ether of them and brain had the job done it less than an hour. I will be using vokera engineers from now on. Thanks again.

Boiler died on me and was leaking water.I opted for the fix price repair with Vokera. Brian - the engineer - let me know in advance on the day when he was arriving. He was clearly an expert in Vokera boilers and had all the spare parts required to hand. Boiler is working better than ever now. Had I not gone direct to Vokera I am sure another outfit would have recommended replacing the boiler at a cost of several thousand! Can't recommend highly enough!
