I , like numerous others , have been duped into buying this voltbox rubbish. I have returned the item weeks ago and it looks like I won't be receiving a refund any time soon.

FRAUD - Plain and simple - FRAUD

Of course I haven't bought one of these ridiculous devices. You would need to be seriously intellectually challenged to consider doing that BUT, unfortunately, some people are, and in these times of economic stress, crippling fuel charges and sheer desperation, some good but really unfortunate people will be defrauded out of what little they have by the outrageous claims made for this device.
It is fraud, and as such illegal, and the companies peddling this rubbish should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
It isn't good enough to say .."if people are so gullible it's their own fault" because some people simply are and desperate too - and the law should safeguard these unfortunates.

Must be at least 25 degrees in the room I've got mine plugged in. Getting one for every room in my home.
Believe this? If yes, then you're obviously a complete f*cktard who deserves to be parted from their cash. SCAM. DO NOT BUY🤣

Total scam…

Total scam ordered a device to examine its claims I wassupplied with a boc containing a device that looks just like they show on their but but it is not an energy saver. It is a vermin repellor sold under the name 'Just for better space'. There scipt on the web site is total techno garbage which cannot work from a device that plugs into a socketvon the ring main.
So if you want to repel vermin consider this device.

It’s a good job we have this site

It’s a good job we have this site, I remember seeing this advertisement a few weeks ago and I told my husband about it and I told him if I find it again I will save it to show him as I thought it was a great item. And yes I have found it again “now” and saved it, but I thought something wasn’t right so I thought I would Goggle it and I have found this great information out. So I have saved myself from getting scammed. So for anyone else
DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. AS ITS A SCAM.

What an absolute SCAM how on earth can a plug in box save on electricity use.
I looked for their address, website etc. Fancy that nothing !!
Pressure tactics to order with a countdown clock typically a SCAM tactic.
BEWARE.

I wish I had checked this out before…

I wish I had checked this out before ordering it
This came up as a genuine ad and I fell for it
How the hell are they allowed to advertise for what is obviously a scam product
I am worried that I have also given them all of my bank payment details
Should I contact my bank

PS : I have now cancelled my card as these people have all of my banking details and even the 3 digit code on the back of the card

I suggest you do the same if you actually bought a box from them

Thank you trust pilot for providing this platform to raise concerns . I wish I had read the reviews on here before I bought

Wowvoucher are now selling

Just noticed that wowvoucher along with other sites are now pushing this product.
These companies are making the same claims as the manufacturer.
Unfortunately this will mean more people will be scammed.
Is there anyway that Trading Standards could be alerted ?

Quite close to falling for it!

This was advertised on the sky news app. That's an app I would generally trust. Why are they allowed to advertise on that? Sky should be ashamed. The interesting method of how it works nearly convinced me too although it seemed too good to be true. Even if it saved 10 percent that would be useful though. I do get voltage spikes and I have a power meter and can see voltage fluctuations on it. Could it really filter the power? From just one socket? That had me in real doubt so I'm glad I searched on trust pilot and found it was total rubbish. More worryingly it might even be dangerous if it's a scam. Similar things have been sold to reduce fuel in cars. Most are just led lights. An led light running at mains voltage. Some vunerable people are going to fall from this. I have friends who are desperately trying to reduce energy costs and I nearly shared the advert. Glad I checked first.

Electricians view

As an electrician of 20 years I can tell you just from reading the finer details of how this system is supposed to work that it's 100% a SCAM. Scientifically its impossible this would ever work. Furthermore plugging this into your socket is likely to use MORE electricity. At worst it could be a potential fire risk. I would certainly give this a miss!
